I came in unsure of what I was looking for and as a disabled veteran I was looking for guidance. I found a confidence in both key bank and mostly my Banker Brendon. He was knowledgeable about investments and intentional moves to make with my money. He's looked out for me and always pointed me in the right direction.

While banking can be very complicated and I am not one to write reviews I feel the need to write one about my recent interaction. Brendon was my banker and from the moment I sat down I knew he not only was looking out for my financial needs but he listened and together we put a financial plan in place that makes sense for me. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Honestly the way this bank handles transaction times and keeps track of money online is horrible. But, I went in the other day to deposit some cash and talk to someone about a loan and it was a great experience. Kate B. treated me so kindly and helped me more then could be expected. I've never been treated better by a bank employee in my life. I value that customer service so much it makes me feel 100% better about banking with them.

Keybank held a large check on an extended hold bc they said my account had been overdrawn in the past..... for .58 cents 3 months prior. I was told I would have the check cashed in 5 days, I ended up having to wait 6 days for the check to "clear". I could have taken it elsewhere and had it cashed that day but was not informed they could not cash it until AFTER the deposit was completed. Due to this my bills were late and I had to wait to have my mothers funeral. All this after my account had to have the card replaced 5 times in one year for fraudulent charges.

I have dealt with many banks over the years. I love Key Bank, mostly because of Susie, who is far more knowledgeable than staff at many other banks I have worked with. She's a pro, with many year's experience here in Loveland.

Only had account 6 months, so far no problems with account. But big con is only customer service is to go in the branch physically. They are unreachable by online / phone . Calling branch only goes to voicemails that are never returned , emails that are returned as failed to send mailer daemon even though correct address with numerous attempts. Only reason I signed up is it's supposed to be enviro friendly, green bank. Does not invest in big oil or pharmaceuticals toxic corporations as far as I can see. If I had to do it again I'd think twice about signing up for these reasons.

What a joke of a bank this is when it comes to online banking. For the past 5 days I've been unable to access my account? Their online "customer service" is located somewhere in the philippics and they kept telling me that PayPal was the reason that I could not use their platform, and wanted me to call them to "fix" their problem. I'll be closing that account in a few days. Do yourselves a favor, don't use this bank!

I don’t normally leave reviews but unfortunately, this has been such a terrible experience for me. I opened an account with KeyBank a couple months ago.My social security was entered wrong so they denied my credit card at first. My address was misspelled on my checks. My apartment number was entered wrong so I did not receive all of my mail from them including never receiving my credit card after I was approved. I could not link my other bank account to KeyBank so anytime I moved money between my banks, I had to waste my checks. They were not responsive when I called about these issues so I decided to withdraw all of my money. It has been a pain to close the account as well. I don’t think my credit card account was ever set up properly since they gave me a checking and saving account for my credit card which doesn’t even make sense. After withdrawing my money, I was told to wait to close my accounts so my direct deposit could go to my other bank. I had less than a $2 overdraft charge for a monthly bill that I forgot to change and after 3 days, I owed them $95. Chase and other banks do not have overdraft fees for under $50.Overall, nothing has been done properly, and the customer service experience has been awful. I will not recommend this bank to anyone. I am going to open an account with Chase instead since I have heard great things about their customer service.

My review is for the ATM only. I'm sure the branch is well equipped, however, I was on an early morning run at 3am before work and made a cash deposit. Everything was normal until the ATM decided to spit back cash that it had ripped up into halves. I took the money and it continued to process the remainder of the $200 I had tried to deposit it. It again asked me to take my money that it couldn't process but the door wasn't opened and there was no money to take since I had already done so, it just beeped at me continuously. There was no way to go to another screen or anything and the machine ended up KEEPING my debit card ALONG with most of my deposit and did not post to my account and received no receipt - requiring me to call customer service to put in a dispute that I now have to wait 10 days to get results on the investigation along with a new debit card. The ATM is supposed to help outside of normal hours, not steal your money AND your debit card requiring MORE work and waiting. Livid at this experience.

I have had such a wonderful Key Bank experience both in Loveland and in Fort Collins. I personally have worked with Brendon as my banker and would highly recommend. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful of my time.

Just opened an account at this branch and was hoping to be welcomed and treated well, but this was not the case. Called and spoke with Maria, and she was quite rude to me. I was trying to ask about my account, and I had a few questions about the app. None of those questions were answered, and she scoffed at several. At the end of the call, all I got was “yep.” And “bye.” It makes me feel uncomfortable dealing with my money here, and I will likely be closing this account ASAP. My advice would be to bank somewhere else. I’ve seen several customer service complaints within these reviews, and they clearly haven’t been resolved.
