Great location and the staff is very helpful. I use the pickup services frequently and I'm happy with any changes that need to be made.

Koda was unwelcoming, never smiled or thanked me. She also looked like she hated her job and that I bothered her when I pulled up in the drive thru for my prescription.

The Cashier that works on Saturdays in the self checkout is the rudest person. she has purple hair and wears a boot. last week she accused me of not scanning my groceries, detained me and embarrassed me in front of people while she went through my receipt, i called the manager to complain. She assured me it wouldn't happen again. Today, the same cashier made it clear she was watching us, then insisted on counting my groceries before i could pay-i became upset, she went to get her "manager", said horrible things about me (yes i could hear and see them) he rolled his eyes and came over to clear our register. i won't bother calling the manager again. and i will drive right my them to take my money somewhere else. I have been shopping here for over 15 years, it's a real shame when a company allows an employee ruin their "friendly neighborhood store" for the locals.

Price of items at kingsoopers are more expesnive usually 1 or 2 dollars more. Unless you are getting produce go to Walmart it's cheaper overall. Also do not get thier sandwiches or salads anymore. They used to be nice and affordable meals but they doubled the price of what they used to be last year, and it's no longer worth buying them.(expescaily the sandwiches they are 80 percent bread now)

Been shopping here since 1978. Done. The lack of open registers is appalling. I had three transactions to do -one for work, one for an elderly neighbor and one for household. A cart full and was told just to use self checkout. Very inconvenient with this much produce and inadequate room to bag things. The new gates etc make this an unwelcoming store. Hello Sprouts!

Really disappointed in my last few visits here, today in particular. I came to the store 8 minutes before close. I also work retail, so it was the fastest I could get here. I walked up to the door in my work uniform and a man stopped me at the door and said "sorry, we're closed." I said "please, I really only need one thing and I know where it is." He very coldly said "nope, sorry, we stop people from coming in 10 minutes before close so we can go home at a reasonable time." I'm pretty shocked at that. Again, just coming from my own grocery+retail job at another chain, and having welcomed customers in up until the very minute we closed, and even ringing up full carts 20 minutes after close, turning away 1 person who wants 1 thing 8 minutes before close says to me that they don't value me or my business. A couple in a car parked next to mine witnessed the interaction and expressed their shock to me, saying things like "that's just wrong" and apologizing to me. Trust me, I know it can sometimes be frustrating to have people come in last minute, but you never know why someone had to do that and what a little kindness can do for them. Especially when your hours say you are open until a certain time. I would have been in and out before it was even 11:00pm. When I told him that last part, he said "sorry, too many other people ruined it for you." He then shut the door. I probably would have been fired for something like that. Turning me away when I wanted 1 item before they were even closed just turned away my business for life, because I'm not coming back here.

Just moved here to Loveland from Denver. The people are so nice. I spent my last 4 years working as a NCF for king soopers so my first shopping trip I do is at this King Soopers. The store is clean. Well stocked. The late crew was getting ready to start the night. My experience was great except my husband and I were watched for STEALING the time we were shopping. Clearly, we're sore thumbs, not from here. I even tell the woman in the front self check that we JUST moved in. We're shopping with a small half shopping cart and carrying a mop and broom. Paid nearly 200$ tonight and it will be the only time I spend money at this king soopers over CELSIUS. 12pk celsius is on sale so are the individuals. The self check woman makes me feel so personal about this triple check on our possible thieving I'm angry by the time we're leaving. I didn't even get to use my 3$ coupon on my aspirin. So, I felt TARGETED mid way through the shopping because of this celsius sale, the end cap near the front of the store and obvious signs of try to not let them by. Meanwhile, I know I just left Denver AND my 4 year career with King Soopers. My family will NOT be back.

So me and my son came to king soopers to buy some AIRB&B Gift cards to pay my rent. So as I grab the cards and head to money services a man named garret greets us. As I'm paying for the cards which was a total of $2,000 (it's AIRB&B I'm paying rent for a house) garret says it's suspicious. I reacted as if it was a joke and my son tries to pay but he proceeds to say "I'm sorry I can't do it it's very suspicious" so without escalating the situation, I proceed to show him the AIRB&B app which shows my rent is $2,019. He then says that he can't help us and wants us to leave. So I ask to speak to the manager and supposedly he IS! The manager! So he did not sell us the gift cards and we left. It was a complete disgrace to the company and if I was his superior I would fire him 10/10. This whole situation was a disaster and I hope no one goes through the same thing.
