It's Christmas Eve, so the store was very crowded, but they still had most of what I needed and their staff was out making sure to stock everything they could.

12/11/2023: I understand the floor tiles have been ripped up, to join the ugly and store darkening fad of concrete floors. What a shame. Also, a store remodel during the Holiday Season! What are Kroger execs thinking?Turning off half the lights at 10 PM is silly, especially now that LED lighting is so energy efficient. This makes customers who shop the last hour the store is open, feel unwelcome. I wish they'd stop beginning stocking while customers are in the store. It looks bad and is very annoying to shoppers, having pallets and cartons everywhere. I have been nearly run over by stockers pulling pallets of merchandise, multiple times. With these things and forced self-checkouts, it feels like King Soopers/Kroger isn't customer focused anymore.

I just wanted to say the self check out employee was such a sweetheart her name is Amy She was very attentive to me. She asked me if I needed a new cart because he noticed it was a little squeaky .She also helped me when I was looking at the total before i checked out asked me if anything was looking wrong and she fixed the problem. Have a very merry christmas Amy, you are one of the good ones keep shining! God bless you and your family!

Half the parking lot is filled with storage containers, and the store is torn up for some sort of remodel.I shouldn't be surprised because they've done the at least once before in the past few years during the holidays. It's something that would only make sense to Kroger leadership. The rest of the world only shakes their head. Can't wait for Kroger to take over Albertson's/Safeway and make those stores a mess.

Isles are getting pretty narrow, was observing shelves being restocked, shouldn't the oldest product be in the front?? Young lady was pushing everything to the back and new out of the box was put in the front. Just an observation.

Tonight on 10/23 @ 4:50pm I went in looking for parchment paper.. to my dismay there was none on the shelves. I went to the service desk to have them ask grocery for more. The girl with glasses and dark hair was extremely helpful and went around looking for more. She didn’t find anymore but said meat department would be able to give me a piece I needed for my bread. Turns out their paper is lined with wax as the kind gentlemen with long hair and a beard behind the counter let me know. I wondered over to bakery and the girl working was more than happy to help, I believe she had pinkish hair with a septum piercing. She offered the paper I needed to cook my loaf of bread. This was such a wonderful experience. Each other these workers should be recognized because they went above and beyond. Thank you to them, they made my night!

A good selection of quality food, especially the produce section and the bakery. When the craving hits, the grab-and-go sushi is convenient, but it's more expensive than anywhere else in town (e.g., Sprouts or either of the adjacent restaurants).

I used to love this pharmacy when I lived in Loveland, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get them on the phone. There was a mix up of the pharmacies for a prescription and both myself and my new pharmacy have been on hold for multiple hours with no answer and just on an endless loop of being put on hold.

I stopped in to do my grocery shopping on Saturday 9/30 in the evening around 6pm and went through the self checkout as usual. I couldn't help but notice an employee that was running around the entire front end. She was helping and attending to everyone so quickly with so much kindness. I couldn't keep track of how many patrons she helped just in the time I was checking out myself. As I was finishing up and paying she asked a woman for her ID so she could check her out for wine (I'm sure her job by law). The woman was visibly older and began yelling at the employee and being outwardly rude and disrespectful to the employee who had her hands tied on the situation. The employee did an INCREDIBLE job handling the situation with grace and kindness, she handled herself perfectly and was the best example of customer service I have seen in a very long time. I glanced at her name tag as I left because she deserves praise. Someone give Megan from King Soopers on Eagle Dr a RAISE
