Always closed unexpectedly or "on break" showed up at 345pm and sign says won't be back till 450pm last time it was the same but different times. Drove 30 mins to spend premium on a hat. Probably wouldn't have common sizes again even if it was open.

I walked in looking to buy a Carmelo Anthony jersey and the two gentleman working provided top tier customer service. 10/10 would recommend for any vintage jersey or hats.

Taylor Jesse was such a professional salesman. He demonstrated the true qualities of a proper salesman and made me feel very welcome into the store. He made me feel very great while shopping. 10/10 experience.

Wonderful Service!!! I got a nice red fitted hat today, and the service was awesome. A young fellow name Taylor Jesse assisted me in my endeavors today, and I cannot be more thankful!!!!

It's actually my favorite Store. They have a good selection, So I go there if I need a Need New Era flat bill 5950 (my favorite) or a 47 curved snapback. The Farm is a new brand I'm starting to like for a curved snapback also.

I’ve lived In this area a long time, I’ve shopped this location a few times over the last few years even before Covid and this was my most pleasant experience. Went yesterday, Monday, gentleman working was super friendly and helpful even though he was helping a family with a hat on their machine. He helped me find what I was looking for, the hat he made for the family came out super nice so I got a signature on my broncos hat. The group in store lately has brought me back to lids.

Great location and selection. I bought 2 of the Oakley Lids exclusive hats, and the have a great selection of both sports teams and non-sports themed hats.

Went to the mall at 4:30 today, doors were locked and said be back at 5. No big deal, I went to a couple stores and came back around 5:30 still no one there with doors locked. Went back at 6, waited 20 mins outside and in that span a ton of people came up trying to get it but never an employee returning to work. One kid walked by and asked if it was locked and said it happens all the time. So, went to dinner and came back at 7:45- doors locked with people in the store and the employee came up and said sorry closing early and didn’t let us in? Looked like it might’ve even been his buddies in the store.

Made two trips to Centerra store today. First at 10am. Store closed. No hours posted. Came back at 4pm to have a hat made. We were told they couldn't make a hat today. Two wasted trips. Not going back.

Walked in at 1:15 pm on Thursday Dec, 16th. The young lady working asked what I was looking for, I replied a child's sized snap back and would like you to embroider something on it. To which she replied, I can't embroider it I am closing early. "What time", I asked? She says, as soon as possible, corporate wants me to close early.So apparently, Lids Corporate wants to send customers away from a failing retail store less than two weeks before Christmas (at 1:15pm) Strong decision making folks..See you never.

If I could give negative stars I would. Went in today 11/13/21 at 3:10pm and the young girl at the embroidery machine her name was Courtney was just rude and did not say hi or welcome and when we ask for a sale hat she pointed and said “there”. How desperate do you have to be in order to keep a rude employee like that? I’m guessing very desperate because that happened with the same employee Courtney multiple times and this was my last time. I’m never shopping at LID’s again I’ll get my hats at scheels thanks. Oh and the gentleman at the counter was on his phone in front of all the customers ??♀️
