Do not come here at all if you need a storage for a long period of time this is not the one they raised my rate $100 after four months. I got no letter or anything before it became extra space storage. I was here for four years and then all of a sudden I’m paying More now than I did for my 10 x 3 and now I only have a 10 x 10 and I’m paying the same amount I missed the other Storage they were way better

Extra Space Storage is a lifesaver for us. Kris at the front desk has been so helpful and accommodating for all of our needs! She is for sure a keeper employee in these hard times.
I feel that my things are very secure and safe with the system that they have in place. I'm not worried at all about people living out of storage units here! It's a bonus for me that they have a restroom I can use when I stop by, as well as handcarts that I can grab to help move my stuff from my unit to the car and visa versa!

Easy to move in, access, and move out. The staff is professional and the facility is clean and well lit. I highly recommended the Extra Space Storage on Gorom Avenue in Loveland.

The storage unit has been great, only downside is that my rent keeps going up. A lot of storage units are like that but it’s getting pretty pricey
