We purchased a gas stove at Lowe’s in Loveland CO. The sales person (Ruth) was not very customer friendly. As we asked questions on the appliance we were interested in, she would stop and ask other customers if she could help them. We felt rushed as we were placing the order. We shop at Lowe’s instead of the competition but will rethink future purchases.

Don't trust the "Available for Pickup Today" filter online. I purchased a dishwasher online and filtered to specifically items that supposedly were in stock because I needed it that day (go figure). This was 2/14. I placed the order and it said ready for pickup within 3 hours. It still wasn't available the next day so I asked the customer service desk when it would arrive and they said not until 2/20. Okay, so I walked back to the dishwasher section, found the display model of the exact same dishwasher, and asked a salesperson if I could buy it. They said there were none in stock but enthusiastically said more would arrive tomorrow (2/16). I went back up to the service desk and explained that the salesperson said I could get one tomorrow. They said that wasn't accurate. I called the store the next day and asked if there were actually any dishwashers I could buy and walk out of the store that day with. They said they would check and call me back in 15 minutes. No call back. The dishwasher did finally arrive on 2/20.
Moral of the story is the 'Available for Pickup Today' filter is either just a scam to get people to make a purchase or their online inventory system needs some serious work. Also be wary anytime they say "I can get it here for you tomorrow". Not sure if that's what they are trained to say or if they just don't know the actual answer.

Lowes in loveland stayed open one Thanksgiving after hours when my water heater went out with a house full of people. We were able to get it back up and going due to the kind people who went out of their way to help us out.

We usually buy all of our appliances from you but this year you are losing our business over $20 crap ornament boxes. Online said you had what I wanted at YOUR store only to discover you did not. My hubs bought what he thought was comparable because he had NO service in your store. Nothing was said or posted about not being able to return holiday items so now we are out. BTW Home Depot HAD what they advertised online and we got a far better product.

Their sales are deceptive, went in to buy a refrigerator that was on sale, wouldn't sell it to me since it was "out of stock", sale went off and magically it was back in stock. Very disappointed ended up ordering a unit from The home Depot.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Highly dissatisfied with our experience here. In late April we purchased a washer and dryer via their financing. That experience was highly unprofessional. The lady at the counter was rude to me and even more rude to my children, which I had to bring with me. She spoke unkindly to them and snapped at them for looking at the papers on the table she told them they could sit at. We received our washer and dryer, of course NOT on the day it was supposed to be delivered. It was delayed. After a month or two of a learning curve and trying to figure out if we liked the units we determined we did not because the washer doesn't hardly use any water and our clothes come out dirty still every time. We reached out to Lowes inquiring about a return because the performance of the appliance we purchased was garbage. That took 2 weeks of multiple phone messages to get someone to call me back. I called the financing company and they said Lowes would have to initiate the return and not them. Finally middle to end of July an "appliance manager" at Lowes calls me back. He was completely rude to me on the phone stating he has no idea what I'm talking about and has never heard of any such thing regarding the financing company. I gave him their number, per his request so he could "look into it and get back to me", and I haven't heard a word back since. I did attempt to call 2 more times in August with no return call. It feels intentional that they did not want to return this crappy washer and dryer and therefore never returned my call or addressed that the appliance they sold me is junk.
