Waste of time ! Last Thursday around 10:30 I waited in the paint area for a LONG TIME WITH NO HELP. Across the hall is customer service I yelled over there if they could get somebody to help me .....there is four employees in customer service -one of them called and made an announcement. I continued to wait in the paint area. Nothing nobody came - customer service area didn't even bother to acknowledge that nobody came from the announcement so I left, grabbed a few other items I needed and went back to the paint section. Still nobody there - could hear customer service chatting away. After waiting a while, threw down the shit I had in my arms and said not spending anymore money and time here !!!! I am going to Home Depot! Went to Home Depot went to the paint section BOOM someone acknowledged me and helped me within five seconds of arriving!!!!! GO TO HOME DEPOT!!!

PLEASE do not buy appliances from Lowe's. I purchased 9,000 worth of appliances from Lowe's; washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove and dish washer just over a year ago. There have been issues with each appliance, but the washer has been not working off and on the entire time and has cost me warranty costs and $800 in repairs. Recently it stopped working and will cost another $1000. I called to return it because that is more than a new machine. The manager, Tamika, was going to call after she spoke with Whirlpool who owns Maytag, but she never called back and I have no idea that she even called. Tamika, you have my number if you sincerely intend to make the decision to do the right thing here. .

I purchased five new appliances from Lowe’s just over a year ago. The washer started having issues almost immediately. The name on the refrigerator is peeling off, the dishwasher labeling is loose. The dryer also had a part replaced under warranty. At least four times I called Columbine Appliance the company suggested for Lowe’s appliance service over the washer alone. I replaced a motor in October 2023 for $500. I called today because there is another $1000 repair needed and Columbine said there was no way this washer should have this much trouble and I should return it. I spoke to Bruce of Loveland Lowes today and was told absolutely’NO’ they could/would not return this washer. I spent 10,000 dollars on appliances and did not receive understand or possible solutions. Shameful; and I don’t believe the store manager was in a ‘meeting’ when I asked to speak with her either?? If you plan to purchase from Lowe’s I suggest you save your money and the stress I am experiencing and have since these purchases. .Review continued. .Received a call from Tamika, manager, who was to call me yesterday afternoon after speaking with Maytag; that call was not received. If you read the ‘canned responses’ to your customers complaints, we know how I sincere you are. I don’t want a Maytag! Take this flawed merchandise back! I spoke with my plumber yesterday who said Maytag, purchased by Whirlpool is junk! Save your money and buy a Kenmore from a quality appliance store.

I usually like Lowes and they had what I needed but they had so many displays in the aisles that you can hardly get through the store if anyone else is around. I guess I will just drive a little farther to Home Depot next time.

I'm not sure if it's THIS Lowes or just the company in general but literally every time I go in, there is some kind of issue.I've had online orders canceled because things aren't "in stock" but when I go in there is a shelf full.Now I'm having issues with them not accepting over the phone payment on a PRO account... which makes no sense what so ever.The worst part about these issues is no one in the entire store is willing to lift a finger to get things done.Every time this happens it's hours wasted which translates to money wasted.I feel like if anything, you would try to retain the business of contractors who are spending thousands weekly.TO THE HOME DEPOT WE GO!!!

Unfortunately trying to purchase a $1800 washer & dryer set, was a terrible experience starting with the associate not being able to answer any of my questions to the wrong washer being delivered as well as a huge dent in my dryer….. after refusing the product I was told I have to wait for my refund and re purchase the products….. “really”….. if it wasn’t for “Maroel” a worker at the store I still think I’d be trying to chase down a refund and the washer & dryer she was absolutely understanding and fantastic also gave me a little deal for the inconvenience! If not for her I’d be giving 0 stars no question

So let me start out by saying the employees at Lowe's were awesome this one star is not for the actual Lowe's employees it is for a third party contractor that they use I went and purchased a refrigerator from them on Saturday the 23rd and paid for delivery at Holloway the third party company showed up today the 26th of December and proceeded to tell me that they were not responsible for damaging anything because it was on a second floor delivery they had to go up one flight of stairs inside my unit and then proceeded to say well if I gave them extra money that they would do it so try to scam me out of more money basically saying that if I paid them more and they didn't say how much it was pretty much at my discretion so the more I paid the better service I would get I called Lowe's their manager who was very nice and very understanding and said she would try to get a hold of the company and find out what's going on as I was on the phone with Lowe's they packed up their truck and took off never came back and now the manager cannot get a hold of that company to find out what's going on so I had to get a refund so I can take my business elsewhere so I would not buy appliances through Lowe's I'm sure Home Depot does the same thing they use a third party contractor absolutely horrible they are horrible people and should be ashamed of themselves for trying to con money out of people just to do what they were paid for which was installation and haul away of the old Appliance but I will never ever buy another Appliance from them and again this was not the Lowe's employees they were amazing this was a third party contractor and I hope that Lowe's stops using these people because they are horrible

My old oven finally blew up, so headed to Lowes for a great deal on a new one. The purchase was very easy, but scheduling the delivery of the unit can be a challenge with the delivery center.

Never and I mean ever purchase appliances from Lowe’s!! Their third party delivery is a joke. Damaged appliance, damaged staircase and put a hole in the sheet rock. Refused to move the old refrigerator and refused to connect the water to refrigerator!Lowe’s scheduled another delivery and then never showed up! Called Lowe’s and they cannot get in touch with their own delivery company!NEVER by appliances if you are going to have them delivered-NEVER!!??

Just had a fairly unpleasant experience while shopping for blinds. We finally found a set of blinds we wanted only to be told the blind cutter was broken- there was nothing posted in the blind aisle warning you of this before you spend all that time picking them out. We were told there was no estimate on when the cutter would be fixed, but that we could buy them and take them to a different store in the next city over- easily another hour out of our day to do so! Customer service was very unkind and unwilling to do anything to try to make this right for us. They should at least have sineage in the aisle to warn you of this if they aren't going to fix the cutter any time soon- very disappointed!

I love Lowe's and was pleasantly surprised at their Christmas tree prices ($79 for a 8 foot noble fir), but it was hard to tell what the tree looks like since they were all crammed in together and flattened. Once we got it home to see if the branches would drop and fill out, it is way skinny!Also the tree stand we bought didn't have threaded bolts to hold the tree secure.What's even more frustrating about all this is we don't live very close, so now we're having to make a trip all the way back there to return all of this. So unless you specifically want a skinny tree, you might wanna look elsewhere.

Jim, Andrew and Justin from the Loveland store were amazing. The third party delivery service SUCKED!!! They wouldn't bring it into my basement so they put it in the garage. It needed to be inside to acclimate, but they wouldn't come back and bring it into my house!Jim and Justin came from work to bring it inside to my basement. They went above to make this right since the delivery company didn't do their job.

I am a Vietnam Vet and really appreciate then support Lowe’s gives us. The other big lumber/hardware store pretends to support Vets but they make it much harder to get the discount. Besides that I get great support as a customer when I am in the store.
