Scott was very helpful. I wasn't feeling too good when I went in. He explained all the different mattresses, and let me try them. Along with one of your pillows. Oh my gosh, he helped me order one and the two pillows. I can't wait to get them tomorrow and try them out. He was wonderful.

I compared three retailers of mattresses. All carried comparable products. All had friendly knowledgeable sales people. Mattress Firm was a bit cheaper. So my decision was mainly price. But the sales people did a great job answering questions.

Excellent and Patient guidance by the staff! We took at least 3 hours to decide on just the right mattress fit. We definitely didn't plan on taking so much time and very much appreciated Scott's thoughtful help the whole way. Looking forward to our purchase delivery!
