Sondos was extremely kind, compassionate, and VERY thorough in helping me get everything I was trying to do. She helped me get discount on earbuds that I would not have been able to afford otherwise, and helped get my parents new phones activated with ease as they are unable to, so I took care of that for them. Absolutely went above and beyond to resolve pricing difficulties and system issues. Best customer service I have EVER received at a phone store hands down.

I was hesitant to write the review but here it goes the manager at this store was nice and has some customer skills but she made me have the worst time !!! I ported out from t mobile and she tried to set up my service for over 2 hours and wasn’t able to ; she was eager to close and tired I get that I understand that at some degree … I was tired too and angry so I left she told me to call customer service and see if they could help without my service working like what!!!! Anyway I went home I had to call customer service T-Mobile and metro and still my problem wasn’t resolved the metro representative told me to insert the SIM card in and that it should work after that surprise it wasn’t I had to go to work but went to the store after I got off and spend another almost 2 hours for the manager her name is sondos by the way and still she didn’t figure it out at this point I’m mad right I’m like I don’t want your service I paid 79 ish and she said well I can only return 30 because I can’t refund the connection fee I’m like mi service hasn’t been up one second girl she is like well it’s the company policy at this point I am like wherever she tries to give me all the excuses and tried to be nice but if you are incompetent like it doesn’t work I went home call customer service they said I need to go back to the store to get a pin !!!!! and I’m like are you serious they are like yeah it’s the only way ; I went thru all this trouble cause I didn’t wanted to loose my number mind you so I’m like hell no I ain’t
going to that store again decided to go to for Collin’s store on mason St omg the difference when people knows what they are doing it so noticeable I go in this amazing kid Mario is there and boom 15 min girl he got that thing worked out he knows what he is doing my point maybe this store needs some training it seems like it’s not the first time this happens so hope they learn everyone please go to the Fort Collins store in mason st if you want great customer service please take it or leave it

Oh my goodness best experience I've ever had at the store and I'm telling you I've had some really good experiences, but Sondos takes the cake she is super cool and knows exactly what she is doing. I know she's the manager but she went beyond and above I am very satisfied! This is the only story I ever go to and I've always been happy with it.

I gave loveland another chance today from a year ago and I got the help i needed from the store manger, she was very nice and helpful. This store is my favorite now, thank you Sondos!

I will drive to Ft Collins before I go to the Loveland store again! The girl that works in there is so rude and pushy and every time I'm there shes sitting out in a van with some guy ,comes in to wait on you and acts put out !! I complained once and was told she was going to be terminated but that hasn't happened . Very poor customer service !
