OUTSTANDING!!!
I began my journey of custom PC building years ago. I wanted something robust that would be able to handle the high demands of a home flight simulator. After figuring out, I was in way over my head. I quickly realized I needed someone who I can trust and wouldn't judge me for my ignorance of modern PC's. I haven't flown Microsoft Flight Simulator since I was kid (in the 80's and again as an adult in the late 90's) and a lot has changed in both software and hardware since then. Usually when I spend this kind of money, I like to get 3 quotes. Or at least speak with 3 different people about the project. Firstly, I didn't realize how many PC shops are in the area (Owners of other shops should read this review). After visiting the first 2 shops, both of which didn't take the time to listen to what I wanted or how the PC was to be used. They just said here are 3 tiers of PC's we have. Prices depend on the budget you have. This didn't leave me feeling great about doing business with these folks. Needless to say I was losing my enthusiasm for this project, which I was initially very excited about. On a whim I found Millennium Group. I am so happy I did. Drew invited me in to the shop, and took his time listening to me, and what the PC was actually going to be used for (other than just flight simming). This project was very much a collaboration between Drew and I. He collaborated with me on every aspect of this PC build. And I could not be happier. I am so grateful I found Drew and the Millennium Group. Drew answered what I thought most people would find silly and entertained every idea I had. He gave me great information so I can make the best decision for my budget. Ultimately if I need anything PC in the future, I am definitely contacting Millennium Group and Drew again. They surpassed my every expectation and I have really high expectations. After 6 months of having my system, it works even better than expected. Thank you Drew for helping me realize a dream I've had for a long time.

Words cannot describe how helpful this company is a whole. Always responsive and they work with you. They will not nickel and dime you. Tony has done an excellent job with re-vamping our business website and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for all of his help and support! Whenever there is a problem, he is there to fix it immediately! Tony is always communicative and get things done when he says that he will. I would absolutely 100% recommend this company to anyone! My first experience having them work on my computer- they were very honest and let me know right away exactly what was and wasn’t wrong. Super helpful and professional. Called me right away, and even made special arrangements for me to drop off my tower a little early before store hours. Highly recommended!

At first, they seemed great. The man who worked on my website was knowledgeable and personable. Once he left, this company became a total rip-off for me on service, computer repair, and an antique safe I negotiated a sale on and never got paid after he picked it up.
