Workers are only friendly to certain people. They definitely stereotype which is upsetting. Good clothes, customer service isn’t good unless you are someone who fits into whatever they think is their audience.

Love this place and the workers are amazing!! Completely understandable that they were closed because making kids work in 90 degree buildings is unsafe! Anyone who thinks otherwise is selfish :) The managers do an AMAZING job keeping this place going good

Took my granddaughter here on Saturday for back to school shopping, store was very busy but the employees were still very helpful with helping us find good essentials we needed.

Drove up from Longmont because it was the only store that had what my daughter was looking for and the employees made up an issue with the store so that we weren’t able to even come in and let my daughter buy what she needed. Lazy kids couldn’t handle anyone coming in and possibly giving them a little more work I guess. Managers might want to keep an eye on employees losing them business so they can cut out early

As a retail worker - I know I need to greet every and anybody that comes in.
I didn’t get any greetings at all, but I will give the workers the benefit of the doubt- as it was busy when I came in.
So I’ll give it a pass.
BUT the store was musty as hell and smelled like pee ?

I was in last week with my daughter and customer service was horrible! One associate, Savannah, did help with sizes which we really appreciated. This is not the first time I've noticed their customer service either! Every single time I've been in there, I've never been approached or asked if I need help.

Cute clothes but the employees were talking about me behind my back in the store saying things like I was too fat to fit into the clothes. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional behaviour and I will not be returning to this location not because I’m “too big” for the clothes but because I would rather drive an hour to the Denver location where the employees clearly have better training and manners than this run down location. For reference, my friend and I were the only two people in the store, she wears an xs and I wear a size medium and have been shopping at PacSun for years, but even if I was a larger size it is still completely inappropriate for employees to be insulting a customers weight essentially right in front of them

I had a terrible experience trying to get a refund for a damaged item. After getting one confirmation that my card would be refunded, it never came. A month later now I am being told I cannot get a refund. The receipt was cut up, but you can clearly see the item number and price. I am just frustrated that I was told a month ago everything was good and now it is an issue. I love Pac Sun and the clothes are super cute, but this customer service problem is not shining the best light.

I walked in and we were not greeted by (not even one) any of the 6 people standing at the counter. Every one of them was on their phones, did not offer help once. Once I got up to the counter all 6 of them were too busy for 3+ minutes (while we waited) because they were making tiktoks. The extra star is just because of nice products. Otherwise, every worker seems more interested in their phone than they do their job. Every single time I’ve been there before, though, I’ve had a bad experience. The environment just feels very judgmental and not fun.
