Very convenient to get exam and glasses at same location. Great to work with to get the best value while maximizing insurance benefits. Vincent was a great help in finding stylish frames that complement my face shape and personality.

I was very disappointed in the customer service didn't feel like I was treated with respect as a customer. I will most definitely NOT be going back.

A mixed bag. 2.5 stars seems more appropriate but 3 is too much.A real effort has been made by the sales staff to correct issues I've had. Clear plastic frames that gathered and focused too much sunlight were exchanged for other frames of the same design (that did not do so) free of charge. When I was over prescribed on correction, I was assisted. When my lenses developed cracking from the sides, they were replaced. That's all good service. The bad news is that the doctors simply did not listen to my issues, and created their own narrative about what I needed. The prescription I had when I came in may have needed tweaking, but was serving me quite well (all I really wanted was safety glasses, but did not have a copy of my old prescription). The initial prescription here required two visits and eye drops to pacify my focusing system, because they don't know any other way to deal with hyperopia. There was also a high degree of emphasis on presbyopia, which would make sense if I had ANY issues at all reading things 12" away from my face. But I don't. I have slight hyperopia and mild astigmatisms. The end of the second refraction was a blurry mess that still resulted in me being able to guess well enough to be considered at 20/20 vision (with which the doctor seemed very happy). But there was a severe increase in prescription, which left me swimming in a fish bowl and unable to function at work. I couldn't handle it for more than a week and asked for an RX check, only to be told the prescription was good (if only someone could convince my eyes and brain). But I was then given eye drops again and told to go home and wear the new glasses, that way the new prescription might "take" with my brain. The entire time the eye drops were having an effect, the left eye was blurry whilst wearing the new prescription (but far less so with my old one).A week later I still couldn't handle the new prescription. I was offered a dialed down version that was far more acceptable, but the astigmatism correction in my left eye is still not right. And after several months of not wearing my old prescription, today I found the left eye is still better with my old glasses than the new prescription (which gives me eye strain if I try to enjoy the outdoors too long). So why not return to have the left eye addressed? I was told it would cost me money to see a doctor again and to have the lenses remade again. The doctors simply have not listened to what I have told them, and there are too many different people (8 now) that I have talked to during this process. I've also been told repeatedly that 5 degrees of axis is not a big deal. If it's a big deal to the customer, it should be a big deal to the staff. And the doctors seem to think 20/20 vision on an eye chart is more important than practical and comfortable real-world vision.Bottom line is there's a big disconnect between those prescribing the correction, and those selling the glasses. And I don't trust this place to get it right for me.

BEWARE - The lenses in my new glasses began cracking in the corner. I take good care of my glasses so knew it was a defect. I returned them to have them replaced. Not long after they are cracking again in the same spot. To make matters worse, my husband got a pair here too, they are a different style and lense, they are also cracking! Will not be trusting this company in future, I expected better with the high price range.

In response to the previous review. I am the patient/customer that they horrendously miss quoted and miss prescribed contacts for. (BTW this is my first experience with contacts, I have never had them before this.) Instead of passing blame onto your poor store associate for not knowing the difference in what the Dr. prescribed vs what I actually needed, you should take ownership in the fact that the Dr. did not prescribe the correct lenses for my prescription which in turn made the difference in price happen. AFTER I had already gone through a trial month with new contacts that I paid for, which you HAD TO ORDER, I get quoted $270 for a year’s supply. Did you order the wrong lenses for my trial month?!?! THEN you come back to say that the DOCTOR had prescribed the INCORRECT lenses for me. NOT the store associate. A small human error, would have been missing a discount or rebate not misquoting the entire prescription and cost! They even said this happens all the time… um what?!?! I am not one to typically write reviews, however this experience and how the office handled it was way beyond awful for me. Do NOT go here. Dr. Colvin was great and I really appreciate his service, but get your office together. I’m obviously not the first person this has happened to.

Terrible experience here at Pearle Vision in Loveland. My girlfriend went in for her eye appointment to get contacts. She saw Dr. John Colvin who prescribed her contacts. His formal quote was for $262.80 for the year. We called to order the contacts, paid the premium, and waited. An hour later the office calls stating they made a mistake. They now required us to pay $750+ for the year!!! More than triple the cost, stating they made a “simple human error” on their quote. They were not willing to make any improvements or adjustments to account for their mistake. We requested a refund and we strongly advise everyone to look elsewhere for Vision Care. Horrendous office.Edit to respond to Owner: Your formal quote for the contacts with the pricing is electronically signed by Dr. Colvin. Pretty sad response to blame it on your store associate. “A slight human error” for a $500 difference? It would be a HUGE HUMAN ERROR to run a business like this. STAY AWAY.

Very happy with the services I received from begging to end! My optometrist was excellent, front desk staff, and the customer service technician that helped me choose new eye glasses were all knowledgeable and friendly. So happy to have found this Pearle Vision location for my husband and I.
