It feels like I’m buying supplies from a cousin, my wife and I love Hank’s!!”

“I went to the Loveland Poudre Valley Pet and Feed store looking for hydrolyzed pup food. I walked through the door and asked the cashiers if they carried hydrolyzed food. Kira got very excited she showed me exactly where the food was in the store and told me that Poudre Valley management tests the cashiers on their product knowledge and I was the first person who asked her about hydrolyzed food. As I was leaving she told the other cashier all about the test. I truly appreciate Poudre Valley encouraging their cashier's to learn about the stores products and especially Kira for helping me so efficiently and enthusiastically. Well done Poudre Valley and Kira!!!”

“Patrick is so incredibly helpful and kind! He took me exactly where I needed to go for dental treats, and even showed me the clearance bin of toys on my way out, and of course I bought some! He kindly always asks if I’d like to donate food to the humane society, always a yes! It’s so nice to be greeted by Patrick who is kind, helpful, competent, and very knowledgeable. Will always come here for my bulldogs! Thank you for being so awesome!”
