Patrick is so incredibly helpful and kind! He took me exactly where I needed to go for dental treats, and even showed me the clearance bin of toys on my way out, and of course I bought some! He kindly always asks if I’d like to donate food to the humane society, always a yes! It’s so nice to be greeted by Patrick who is kind, helpful, competent, and very knowledgeable. Will always come here for my bulldogs! Thank you for being so awesome!

We usually visit the location in Loveland and the Orchards. The staff there is great but the bathrooms are usually dirty. If our go-to spot is closed (our locate mom & pop pet shop), then Petco is our backup. They have some good healthy options for our dog & cats in a pinch and also carry a few local brands. Unfortunately, every canned food labeled as "limited ingredient" has a mile long list and some no-no preservatives. So we only buy the frozen, which is very pricey at Petco compared to specialty or local owned shops. But again, in a pinch, we would pick Petco over Petsmart. The store is always clean and the staff is always sweet and we appreciate that.

Your typical pet store. Nothing to crazy exciting.

Of all the petco's I have been to, this one has the best kept animal sections. Especially fish. It's the only one I trust to buy fish from. The staff is super friendly and they care.

This is my go to place but recently it’s been sad and I’ve seen some issues. They stack the super worms on top of each other so they don’t get air and they die. And they have two cats in one thing and the one is hurting the other one and they didn’t do anything about it. If they knew anything about animals they would know that cats cry wasn’t a playful cry. They said they had nowhere else to put the cat so if you have no more room for that cat, why do you have that many animals that’s concerning and that’s sad for the animals. Because obviously you’re not taking care of them properly.

This location seems to be out of crickets more often than not, bummer.

Very friendly and easy to work with, but a bit understaffed and under-stocked. Organization of dog food is weird too. There is a gap between two groupings.

Been using them for years for all my pet needs, gotta say the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they always have the supplies I need or can order if they don't, being said... just wish they took better care or provide adequate conditions for the pets they sell.

The service was fine but the the cat carriers were very limited so I had to get a bigger, more expensive one because they didn’t have one for my 21 pound cat. The little mat that goes in the bottom of it was a third of the price of the carrier and only one kind. No choice!

Of all the big box pet supply stores, this one has the best kept fish dept. All the people keeping up the dept. that I have spoken to are fairly knowledgeable vs. many other big box stores.
