I'm a lifetime Marriott Titanium Elite, so I have lots of experience at Marriott properties. We booked this hotel, right next to Medical Center of the Rockies, so we wouldn't have to drive up for an early procedure. Benjamin at the front desk was super accommodating when I asked for a ground floor room. Then when I called later for a late checkout, he agreed to a 2 pm. departure. Turned out, we didn't need it . . . but he was super kind about that. The room was very clean, nicely appointed and quiet . . .The real hit for us was the breakfast! Since I couldn't eat anything before the procedure, when we got back around 9 am I was really hungry. The hotel's breakfast bar was great, with three kinds of eggs, sausage and a hot waffle maker. The food was attractive, looked freshly made and the buffet space was tidy and clean. . . 4 kinds of juice were on hand and the coffee was hot and freshly brewed. Overall a great experience, from a well run hotel . . .

Very cozy place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. Different options every day and they were all pretty good. The only downside was the toilet paper, not good at all.

I've traveled many a state playing competitive ball myself and now attending my kid's tournaments.First off, the request was for five people, westward view, non-smoking. Two day stay. We received a two bedroom with an Eastern view of a massive dumpster through massive bird droppings. Upstairs was definitely circus employees practicing gymnastic stunts.Second, the price listed for the rooms was $191.90 which showed up on the bill for $196.50. They say parking is $10.00/day. It is billed at $12.00. They have other charges totaling $10.00 with no real descriptions.Third, the air conditioning never worked, our rooms were never cleaned or trash emptied. They said they clean every other day.Fourth, we walked into the rooms and cabinet doors were hanging, the wall in the shower was cracked with water damage, the kitchenette floor(wooden) was duck taped together with the carpet. Black duck tape. Several appliances looked as if they clean every other year. I have pictures to post if anyone with Marriott needs them.Lastly, how they have the Marriott name attached to this facility is way beyond my comprehension. This wouldn't qualify as a truck stop motor lodge. Look for other facilities to stay.

Cheap and petty. This property owner nickles and dimes your experience in a greedy and unpleasant way. The foremost example is the daily parking fee. For a hotel in a remote and spacious location? Really?! C'mon. There are better alternatives, similar in price and quality, and without the deceptive tactics to eke out greater corporate profits.

I left a box with all my essential oils in the nightstand. I called the hotel and was informed it was not logged into the lost & found. The front desk person went to check the room and it wasn’t there. I see you have another review similar to this. Expensive items left and your housekeeping employees keep them and do no report them. Just like the Nintendo switch post I left a $20 tip only to have thieves steal my items. If you know anything about young living oils, they are not cheap. I travel a lot for work and this is a horrible hotel. No on-site maintenance or housekeeping. They’re so many other hotel choices in the area. DONT STAY HERE! I will be filing a complaint and Marriott will be reimbursing my lost items. RIDICULOUS

Very nice for an extended stay. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was always good even during the week when it was a bit slower. The pool area was nice and the outside patio with a grill was great!

This hotel has set a new standard for me. I have been in dozens of hotels before and never had anything stolen. I stayed several weeks and was erroneously charged for high-speed internet I never requested or used. Several hours across several days were spent trying to get my hundred bucks back, yet I was told by chief manager Manuela O'Brien that it was clearly all my fault and no refund would be given. I had never been Gold Elite before but now I know how such members are treated.I do not believe there is some scheme to defraud guests. The best explanation I have is that this theft is a result of corporate incompetence and the obstinacy of but a few Marriott employees. I did not bother to ask why they attempted to charge yet another 50 bucks the morning I checked out of the hotel.Because the hostility and inhospitality of the chief manager, it is currently difficult to recount the stories of good employees like Gina, Joseph, and Yasmin. Here are some of the other problems encountered during the stay: In the first room, there was a screeching bathroom exhaust fan. When I left the room for a few days and went out of state, I was promised the room would be cleaned. I returned from the trip to a dirty room (and room charges for Internet usage). I requested a new room because I was not going to rely upon their word this time that the room would actually be cleaned when they said. I did not stay long in the second room because I was awakened by fleas biting me in the middle of the night. A few hours later, I was in the third and final room. This room's greatest problem was the air conditioner leaking into the room and out of the closet, wetting the carpet. Parking was constantly full, with somebody's trailer taking up four spaces for the duration of the stay. Breakfast items were repetitive and frequently burnt. If I ever get my money back, I will edit this review to give a more balanced window into an extended stay at Loveland's Residence Inn. It was not all bad, but I will never stay there again.

Weekend breakfast options were great. Very clean rooms and hallways. The front desk and breakfast crew were amazing! My experience at various Residence Inns is that the staff are friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond.Rooms: For the expectation of a Residence Inn, the room was spacious and clean. Seems to be a more updated hotel. Great for working in the day, and close to what our purpose was. Hallway and rooms seemed quiet as well, so for the romantic parts of the weekend, it was a great place to be.Food & drinks: Love, love, love the breakfast options. There are plenty of protein and healthy options for those who limit their waffles, bacon, and bagels.

Hospital conference and this was a great spot. Travel from KC and needed an extra night. Was able to book same room and stay one more night. Staff is caring and accommodating. $12 to park a car.

3 terrible things to say about this place, then I'll list the 1 good thing. First we were not informed, not only do you pay for the hotel room but they add on $12 for parking FOR EVERY DAY YOU ARE BOOKED THERE in their parking lot Would you not think that parking would be included since you're renting a hotel room from there? It's not listed anywhere on the counter, nor did they tell us or we would have parked across the parking lot, or said we took a cab. We found out on our way out. Secondly, hopefully you're not wanting to watch TV because every channel they have has nothing but commercials that out last the showtime you get to watch, so that was annoying! Thirdly, the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and I kept itching under their blankets but couldn't see anything that would be biting me. The only decent thing I can say about the place is the cleanliness of the room which is a big plus was 97% clean. I would not recommend staying here, I think charging you separately for parking in their parking lot after renting a room from them is b*******! I never heard of that before. That's like eating somewhere and then them adding $12 on the bill for parking at the restaurant. Scheming people out of money to help pay for their property taxes I suppose. Never again. Also note, if we hadn't reserved our hotel room online, we would have went somewhere else however, cancellations were non refundable. Also, the hot tub was not available which was the main reason why my husband wanted to stay there.

DO NOT STAY HERE! If you do stay here DON’T BRING ANY ELECTRONICS with you or keep them on you at ALL TIMES. I accidentally left our Nintendo Switch and brand new charger in one of the drawers. When we called back to see if they had found it they said nobody turned it in. The attendant at the desk did go and look in the room to see if it was there since nobody had checked into the room yet. She called my husband back and told him she didn’t find it. She was leaving a note for the manager and the housekeeping manager to see if maybe someone turned it in and it was in one of the offices. Nobody called us back so my husband called back today. Still no Switch or charger. So I guess Housekeeping found it and decided that they would keep it. I guess this hotel likes to employee thieves who don’t return customers property. There were also more games in the case. The other sad thing is we even left a tip for housekeeping, which we always do. We never asked for anything the whole time we were there. We were there for the birth of our Fourth grandchild so it was stressful anyway. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN and I will tell everyone to NEVER STAY HERE EITHER!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED. I know it was my fault for accidentally leaving it there but I KNOW SOMEONE FOUND IT!!!!

Time to find a new place to stay. Need to get the pool and hot tub cleaned out. Vent fans in the bathrooms. The angry, rude woman thats running breakfast needs to go. Yelling at guests then making rude comments to guests about other guests that are right there. If you have a trash can in the middle of the room to catch a roof leak....put a sign on it indicating its purpose, otherwise- guests will assume this is just a trash can!

Warm personable staff, clean, bright lobby. This was just a quick overnight but as always Residence Inn surpasses expectations. Are there more posh places? Undoubtedly. But if your traveling with your family - especially for a few nights - there is no comparison. None.

Ben is great but tell you the truth most of the staff that work at the front desk are amazing I just can't remember all their names. Really great rooms with a full kitchenette minus the oven. It's very private and quiet you don't hear any neighbors you don't really see anybody unless you want to staff included.

Ben is nice and helpful. These rooms are amazing. It's like a little apartment. Everything works, they have a hot tub, a pool and they have amazing breakfast which is different than the rest. They actually change it up. breakfast burritos and English Muffin breakfast sandwiches and waffles and French toast. Also Ben is really great, he works at the front desk.
