If I could give a -10 I would. I discontinued service over a year ago and they have still not taken the dish off my roof even though I have called countless times. They say a team will be sent in 2 days and no-one has ever showed up, even to this day!!!! Terrible!!!

I decided to upgrade to fiber optics and hence choose the Loveland Pulse more than 20 years of service. The rates at " The Loveland Pulse" now more competitive. I have enjoyed the costumer service that I have received through out the years. Even my final uninstalation of equipment was a wonderful experience. Thank you.

Rise Broadband is not the product for a business. After weeks of down time with their service that caused hundreds of dollars of lost revenue. We paid employees to wait for technicians that did not show up during the expected window of arrival for days. All they offered was a $30 credit as a mockery for their poor service. Shopping around now for a better service provider.

Their technician showed up to do my install, the internet service is great for my location. The technician came in did a great install, was a good guy etc.However, he turned out to be a thief, I have a coiled up rattle snake on my coffee table center piece, and the rattler broke off during move. I was going to glue on last night and could not find it anywhere. He has been the only contractor in my house since install. I cannot prove he stole it, but, I know he did. I cannot believe they have installers who steal from customers. I have to look and see what else is missing, I left him unattended twice due to work phone calls. Do not leave him unattended his name is Rich he contracts for them. Internet and service other than that is great. Just giving everyone else a heads up about Rich.

I have not had rise broadband for over a year. Today some random man came to my door, lightly knocked (I know because I have a ring doorbell and got the notification) and ran back to his van which was parked behind my truck. I couldn’t see who it was or who the company van was. He had set up a ladder before knocking and when I didn’t answer because I have an infant at home he just climbed on my roof! The company could have at least let me know they were coming by… a year later. Not to mention when I did have rise broadband it was the worst service I have ever had and highly overpriced.

I called Rise Broadband and gave them my address and the details of the residence. I even called them back to double check that there would be no issues. Tech gets out here and says that they can't service this address because it's a shared roof. This was not new information to them, I made sure they knew the circumstances, and they told me "no problem". Waste of time.

Internet works fine during the day. Night time it is sometimes unusable. Getting 1 Mbps on a regular basis at night. Call them to report the problem during business hours, they say "it's working fine right now, call us when it's having issues" well you're closed when it's having issues lol. So thanks

3 months. I have not had even passable connection for 3 months. Tech support was initially loathe to send someone to attempt a repair and told me to “run to Walmart and buy a new Ethernet cable and see if that fixes it.” When the tech finally came he replaced wiring and even punched a new hole in the house and still nothing. Evidently it’s a tower issue now. With an indeterminate date for repair. After 3 months the supervisor finally called me back, had no real answers and passed my case off to a useless corporate shill who very cheerily told me that he “hears me and my concern” but can still not offer real answers or solutions. Get out and demand a refund. And don’t consider new service. It’s beyond awful.

Wish there was negative stars. Horrible company. Internet goes out all the time. Our business line has been down for 1.5 days. We've called 3x only to be told they will have to send a tech out and it could take up to 2 weeks! What a joke!

Used to be okay, now there is all sorts of weird throttling and interruptions. It is inconsistent on a minute to minute basis nearly 24/7. Wifi calling used to work great, now it drops every 2-5 minutes.I just had WiFi calling interrupted 3 times, all correlating with some glitch or dip in measured speed, during a phone interview. That one doesn't get a second chance, ordering starlink immediately.

Im trying to like this company. The initial call was pleasant and friendly. The price was good. The tech that came out to install the equipment was ok enough. However, I rented an office as a place to make my sales calls. Its been just over a month and I still do not have a functioning phone. Whats worse is that they sent me a modem to replace the original one. That was not the resolution and after what seemed like forever on multiple tech support calls their answer was to send a 3rd one. I had to insist that they send a tech guy which they finally agreed to. However, it is it yet another 6 days of me waiting, paying for the service and an office that I cant use. I explained that I have wasted $500 for the office plus the cost of the service and there has been no offer to do anything for me. I only hope that the service call to my office location will finally resolve the problem and I can start using my office as I intended to over a month ago.

If I could give a lower rating I would. My internet has gone down multiple times over a year. Every time it does I have to wait days to a week to get someone out to fix it. The customer service is abysmal and they do not care. It is expensive for unreliable and slow internet. Avoid Rose Broadband at all costs. This company deserves to go under.

We are now on month 4 of dealing with incorrect billing, bogus late fees, and countless hours attempting to work with “customer service”. If you have ANY other option for internet service, go with that. Like other reviewers have said, there are also random outages and persistent slowness with the service. It is unbelievable that this company is still in business.
