I’m a bargain shopper and frequent many stores. I understand money is an issue but only having 2 fitting rooms available in the front end is ridiculous. There must be a way to be able to open the back fitting rooms up again (at least more than 2) so we are not waiting 20 mins to try on 2 items quickly.

Wish I could rate 0 stars, took my mom shopping at a different ross and she had purchased a pink coach purse in May, she ended up changing her mind and we had returned the purse to the loveland location. Cashier was super friendly and amazing, told us that the refund should take 3-4 days. Waited for the refund and never received it. Spoke to the store manager and assured me that they would investigate. I was able to speak to the Cashier that helped us that day and she remembers us returning the purse. It's unfortunate that neither I or my mom could remember when we return the purse. We were told to call the number on the back of our receipt and so we did. The regional manager never reached out to us. I've called multiple times and spoke to the store manager at the loveland location. I was the informed that they were removed from the email thread and they didn't know what was going to be done. thank you Ben for your help but your Regional manager and higher up management needs to be held accountable. Without customers Ross wouldn't have business. It is now August and no one has contacted us and I'm just going to take this as a loss and take my business somewhere else.

Some great outfits. The prices are slightly lower than at Marshalls nextdoor. The shopping ? carts do not leave the store. Seemed like the single cashier was cranky too, but trying. And Tuesday is People over 55 get a discount of Ten percent, which was splendid. Lots of imported fun foods and the handbags are not cable tied to the racks.
