I'm so lucky to have my Sam's Club within 15 min from home. We have a gas center and our store is clean and tidy and we'll stocked. Love the rotisserie chicken!

Watched the meat department restock pork on Sunday I don't think he's familiar with FIFO first in first out he put new pork on top of the old pork. If you run those tapes back, I'm sure you can see me. Look at the man with disgust

Rather get delivery however every time that I get it delivered, it’s either a lot of stuff is missing or they don’t bring it to the door, they bring it to the garage

Went to the bakery to order cakes for a benefit. Only to be meet with a lady named Lisa. She is very rude. Won't be back.

The store is very clean and organized well. I was also glad to see almost all of the customers wearing masks.

I went to Sam's to change something on my account, and the young lady at the customer service desk was so kind and knew exactly what needed to be done. Also renewed my membership for me.
While shopping, I had 2 employees offer to reach items for me. Then had another employee put my items on the conveyor belt and back in my cart when I reached the checkouts. Everyone was so helpful and courteous. On a Saturday! I hope their bosses know what good employees they have.

So, unless it's a Saturday, they have bankers' hours and open at 10am. This is a joke. Oh yes, enjoy the convenience of scan and go until you try to walk out of the store, and they drop you in a long line anyway. That's the cost of making sure female employees have the lowest workload of anyone. Not only do they get the easiest jobs, but they also get to back up traffic by doing it slowly. Who could possibly hustle while scanning things I already paid for with an RF gun? A man, that's who! Costco gets my money from now on, they at least have a selection that changes occasionally. Sam's specials are also bottomed out at .50 cents to $1 off the new inflated costs of Bidenomics. Everything you might actually want is not in club, only shipping.

The bakery department took our order on phone.
Never told us they couldn't fulfill the order of 4 full size sheet cakes with basic icing. When I sent an employee in for our sheet cakes, we were given frozen cakes not iced, not put together. The girl named Lisa was rude about the ordeal on top of it and never apologized at all. Don't take the risk of showing up expecting your order properly. Best to go elsewhere and not stress yourself out or the people expecting the cakes.

Absolutely unimpressed with Sam's club. I signed up last year when they had a discount on the membership and it was only to save gas because Sam's Club typically had cheaper gas than everywhere else but that one out the window and now their prices are just the same as everyone else if not more so I used it literally 5 or 6 times in the course of a year. They just hit my account without my permission for a renewal at three times the amount that I paid last year and now I am stuck at a gas station without the ability to put gas in my tank because it was literally my last $50. I did not give permission for them to renew my membership and I sat on hold waiting for a manager for over a half an hour and nobody picked up the phone. Again, very unimpressed with Sam's Club

Love the club. HATE the fuel pumps. Especially when others do not use the arrow system and go around the other way, then get pissed off at you. Just had that happen and got told FU because he thought he was in the right. Can we do a better job with signs directing people to use the arrows? Thank you.

I love Sam's Club. I always get lots of good stuff. The employees are always so nice and friendly. What I don't like is all of the solicitors wanting money as soon as you walk out the door. I just spent $$$ stocking up and then get hassled for donations of some sort. Annoying!
