I have been into this store twice in the last 30 days and both times worst customer service. Yesterday when checking out with the girl with pink hair, I had a gift card and asked the cashier if she had anything to scratch it with and she rudely said no and offered zero help and things went downhill from there. I forget my sephora credit card and asked if she could look it up. Once again met with rude, unhelpful service. After I checked out, I spoke with the manager with lomg brown hair. She was just as rude and cared less about my complaint. People wonder why they are losing their jobs and stores closing, this was a perfect example. I can get the brands I bought at Ulta or Nordstroms, so no need to return to this location.

I just wanted to share my good experience. I had a return and instead of receiving any negativity about it, the woman was extremely nice and very friendly. I know it’s not huge, but to me being friendly in even the most basic situation really matters. So, thank you!

Nothing screams “help” like a mature male looking for fragrances. But their associates are top-notch and patient and I ended up buying five luxury fragrances. Great team.

I have to come here to get my basic things but the girls here are so nasty and rude and act like they are better then everyone. I can't even ask anyone for help without getting an attitude.

Emily is amazing. I came in with quite the list of ideas. She turned them into wonderful products. She was mindful of my needs and budget. She was friendly from the start and the end. She truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel comfortable. Her knowledge from skin care to make up was wonderfully refreshing. I truly enjoyed my shopping trip. The team also stocked the store the night before, something I truly appreciate during their seasonal sales. It's hard when you aren't Rouge status and get there and they are sold out. The effort really showed they wanted everyone to have a shot at great products. I will be back for sure and recommend the knowledgeable team I saw today. Check out was wonderful I don't remember her name but, she raved about a few different products I purchased which helped with a few impulse buys!!! Loved this experience.

Been traveling a lot lately and I ran out of my travel size essentials so i stopped by today to get some more. I don’t want to waste my time in typing a long paragraph describing how I was made feel when walking in and shopping. Just know this, if you are brown or if you are anything but white, shop online. I was not greeted. Was not given a decent level of customer service. When I had finished grabbing what I needed to get, I had looked up and not one but two employees were facing me and both were staring at me and none of them said hello. If you’re the manager and you’re reading this, please check the cameras, unless you are biased then nevermind that. To the employee who rang me up on 1/21/25 @5:29pm, you gotta work on your friendliness and customer service. I asked you about my points and your response was this: “idk I have to cancel the transaction and check and start over” remember that? You said it like you were working for free at Sephora. Sephora what the heck?! Do better!! I hate to make this about color, but reality is that’s what it came down to. There was a white customer being assisted and I can hear and see the friendly customer service she was getting which was nothing compared to what I received.

Like a candy store for makeup but prices are high and recommended products usually higher. New return policy is brief. Online shopping usually has better options and discounts even if you have to take something back if the color is wrong.

Monique is amazing! She is an absolute must when it comes to having makeup done for any special day! Her artistic skills are on point and she is a genuine beautiful lady! Having her be apart of one of the most important days of my life will never be forgotten and she was a true blessing to have spent the morning with! I don't know anything about makeup and I gave her 100% control. She did not disappoint! I left feeling beautiful and highly recommend her!
