Im really not sure who is in charge of hiring at this store but wow. The last several gentlemen they have hired to work on the night shift have been by far the friendliest cashiers I have ever come across. Good job.

I went to your gas station last Sunday. When I went to leave my car would not start. Elija was working and he was super helpful. He tried to jumpstart the battery and worked on it for quite a while and at the same time kept running in to tend to customers. We finally gave up and I called for a tow truck. Originally I was told that I would have to wait 1 1/2 hours. My cell phone was just about ready to die and Elija was kind enough to find a charger and plug my phone in. Thankfully the tow truck showed up sooner. But I am so grateful to the kind young man working at your shop. He made a trying day a little less stressful for me. I usually fill up at King Soopers but from now on I will be a Sinclair's customer.

Love this gas station! Odd things to say, but I love how old school it is. Clean facility, high quality gas. And, most importantly, no ads while I fill up. Awesome!

Maybe it's time to upgrade the pumps with tap to pay. Went there today, inserted my credit card with a chip, screen tells me to remove it rapidly, i do then asks if it's a debit card I say no then unable to read card please try again, I tried 3 more times and still the same scenario, kids in the car so I don't want to go in to pay so I took my business down the street to Valero where they have no issues reading my card because they have tap to pay! Not the first time this has happened!!

This place has the cheapest gas in Loveland and with the app you save another 10 cents on top of it! That makes a huge difference especially when you have to put premium in your car. The convenience store has a good selection with fair prices too.

I usually get gas at Sinclair in Loveland but I’m very disappointed that they were out of mid grade and premium. I went to pump gas and nothing; went inside to ask. Clerk said they’re out of everything but regular unleaded. In my opinion there should be signs indicating such so I would t have wasted my time. Ugh!!!
Do better Sinclair about signage.

I live in the neighborhood and visit this location very regularly for snacks and pop. I never have a bad time, the place is constantly clean and every staff member has been awesome.

I had a problem with the fact that the clerk at the counter told me the bathroom was locked at 7:00 and nobody was allowed to use it.
I called back and spoke to the manager who lied, was rude and hung up on me.
Why four stars?
I called corporate and then a regional manager called me back. She explained the policy and they both lied about it being locked.
She was very cordial and told me customers are very important and she would address the with both of them.
Unlike many corporations, Sinclair listens to feedback and cares about customer service.
I appreciate that and will continue getting gas there.
If you have an issue, address it, they want to know and the DO listen.
When I asked for the number so speak to someone about the policy, she became rude and beligerent.

Not even 9pm and the girl has the place locked up, shrugged her shoulders when customers were trying to get in. She should 100% be fired for closing early and being an a**hole to customers.

EVERY TIME I come in here the place is immaculate condition, smells, so clean and the employee are AWESOME. I used to go to another place cause it was closer, but after my first experience here made me take the long way for sweets!!!! Thank you Alex (mang) Alejandro , and Alex (night)
