I had a problem with the fact that the clerk at the counter told me the bathroom was locked at 7:00 and nobody was allowed to use it.
I called back and spoke to the manager who lied, was rude and hung up on me.
Why four stars?
I called corporate and then a regional manager called me back. She explained the policy and they both lied about it being locked.
She was very cordial and told me customers are very important and she would address the with both of them.
Unlike many corporations, Sinclair listens to feedback and cares about customer service.
I appreciate that and will continue getting gas there.
If you have an issue, address it, they want to know and the DO listen.
When I asked for the number so speak to someone about the policy, she became rude and beligerent.
I then called the manager

Not even 9pm and the girl has the place locked up, shrugged her shoulders when customers were trying to get in. She should 100% be fired for closing early and being an a**hole to customers.

The tattoed cashier was THE BEST!! I got back in my car and my daughter asked "why does everyone come out smiling?" I replied because the guy working is awesome!! He smiled, manifested me to have a great day, funny banter.. seriously made my morning! My daughter said before me, a woman came out smiling and an older gentleman came out laughing.

I used to go here often, but lack of gas has been an issue lately, which I can understand happening occasionally given the supply chain issues. Tonight when it was out again with no signs up, I walked inside to find the cashier on his phone and asked if there were issues with the pumps. He rolled his eyes and pointed to some scribbling on the counter that said "no gas" and then proceeded to say he "didn't want to waste his time putting signs on the pumps". So instead, they'll waste YOUR time because the pumps will still accept cards and act as if they're working. Since they don't seem to care, I don't care enough to keep going here either. A shame because the station used to be great and have great prices.

Doing away with the free car wash with fill-up, was a big mistake. I used to come several miles out of my way to get gas here, but now I'll just get gas closer to home. Also, putting $125 hold on my credit card when I make a purchase, is totally unacceptable. I bought gas for my car, and had $125 hold for that, then I bought another gallon for my snowblower, and had another $125 put on hold. And Sinclair, don't make an excuse that you have no control how long a hold is put on a credit card, like you said to someone else, because that is not my complaint. My complaint is the excessive amount that you put on hold.

I didn't actually go in the store but it's a good location on a stretch of highway between Loveland and Fort Collins.4 stations with pumps on both sides. Pulled right in with no wait. They also have propane cans outside for sale including ice.No problems at all.

I had been going to this station almost everyday. This morning I noticed nozzle on pump is smaller than usual. Went back to let cashier know this and with a smile on her face she said, ( I really don’t care). Just thought I would leave a message about how terribly rude that was to say to a customer.

Apparently after all the years I've gone there, they still accept EBT cards, but since "upgrading their system", they no longer allow the EBT card user to get the store discounts, like 2 for $5, because they consider not paying taxes as the discount. Hmm no other stores or Corporations do or would do this...discrimination I say.
