Wow! I have never been in a more unprofessional Starbucks or Target for that matter! I walked in this afternoon to do a little shopping and decided to stop at the Starbucks for a Frappuccino. I walked up to the counter and had to stand behind a couple of employees who were not ordering just laughing and talking both to each other and on the radio. I waited patiently for a couple of minutes and one of the young ladies behind the counter yelled something on her radio about "learning to sign 'b*tch and wh0re" (please forgive me as there were only 2 of those words that I caught clearly enough to know what they were... and I'm only guessing at the rest of that sentence) and then proceeded to jump up and down excitedly and giggle. They were all pretty animated but ignoring me until one of the other young ladies behind the counter (there were 3) came up to take my order. The young ladies who were in front of me (who worked there also and we in vests and playing on their radios also) moved out of the way at that time so that I could order. I gave my order and we chatted pleasantly enough I thought. I paid and stepped aside. So I got my rice crispy treat and headed to the other side to await my drink. It came out terribly made and messy! I was kinda surprised honestly! It wasn't blended.. it was dripping all down the sides.. I tried cleaning it up... it just got worse coz it wouldn't stop dripping... I tasted it and there was about an inch of warm caramel (I asked for a little) on the bottom... I apologized several times and asked if it could be remade without the extra.. she was seemingly pleasant enough about doing it and then suddenly got really snotty like I was being so unreasonable. She was super sarcastic and rude and I said I'm sorry again and she said oh yeah.. have a great day.. OMG dripping with sarcasm and rudeness.... honestly I am so blown away that i don't know if I'll ever shop there again. The mess.. the drink.. the absolute disregard for the custumers. Wow.

Very poor customer service, I walked up one girl was on her phone texting and looked up and ignored me and the other was rude as heck to me. This is my first time in this location and I will not be frequenting again.

1) Cashier wasn’t friendly. That’s fine. I understand people sometimes have bad days.No whip cream. No problem. Not that important.butThe cashier accidentally drop the cup on the dirty ground and then pick it up and use that same exact cup to serve the drink that I ordered. What the heck? If you don’t believe me…check the camera. December 10th 2023 roughly around 2:30pm2) This is how the cheese danishes was serve to me on the counter. No paper starbucks label bag “warmed up”…

We just ordered hot tea with “two packets of honey” and watched the barista pump honey syrup into the cup. Ingredient switches need to be communicated to the customer because I’m allowed to have unprocessed sweeteners like honey but am not supposed to have syrups.

If you say you close at 8, close at 8. Don't close at 7:50. This location's employees turned 2 vehicles of customers away tonight because the race to lock the doors before close was a higher priority than selling 6-8 drinks.

Especially friendly staff here. Stopped in 3 times while in the area. Coffee consistent at Starbucks the main variable seems to be how friendly or not the staff is. I enjoy their rewards program.

I've always been iffy coming to this Starbucks because of how long it takes them to make your orders but this time I waited for 30 minutes to get my drinks. I get there was a new person and no blame to her at all BUT the older lady who keeps taking orders vs helping that poor girl. Horrible manager or whatever she was. Will never come back to this Starbucks.

STARSUCKS! This place is disgusting! Flies all over the place. Thankfully I was only buying a tumbler glass. I would NEVER go here to consume anything based on the cleanliness alone. Some of the staff are not the friendliest & it took me 20 mins just to purchase the glass & there was no line. The lady who rung me up was polite but after standing there for 20 mins patiently watching the flies buzz around the food & coffee, I wasn’t interested in her sales pitch on the Christmas merchandise they’d be getting in. This location needs some serious help, leadership & a health inspection! Will not return.UPDATE: Your response to my experience is equally disappointing. I gave my review. Do what you want with that information but it should not fall to your customers to have to ensure that this location receives the feedback given. That is the job of management, which you are not paying me to do. After a negative experience I would NOT ask that customer to jump through additional “hoops” because their staff is too lazy to read or unwilling to make the necessary changes.

To the staff working today, it’s probably not a good idea to talk bad about the costumers waiting in line.. I’m not sure if you think the plastic shield prevents us from hearing you, but it doesn’t. We all get busy and stressed I get it, but save the negative comments for later. Stay professional people. Won’t be coming back to this location if these persons are working.

What a joke.. I went in expecting to pay for the order. I asked for a large cup of water with ice. The cashier looks at me and says "we can't give any large waters out, we have a shortage of cups!" I was like " are you kidding me?" And walked out. So you're telling me in order for me to get a large water I would most likely have to purchase a $10 drink?? Ridiculous..

Pretty sad that the lady making the drinks has a bad attitude for absolutely no reason. Asked for a large frape and filled it up half way and when asked for straws she threw them at us. Brought down our day. Im sure Loveland is a great city, but makes me wonder if all people from there are just like her.

The woman who took my order was incredibly rude and didn’t even make eye contact with me once. She ignored me and didn’t respond after I made a simple request such as light on the ice, and continued to stand there and do nothing while her coworker made EVERY single drink. Took 20 minutes for a small coffee. Horrible experience.
