just before noon I went to get a coffee and gave the cashier the complete total of the order because I was paying in cash, and then was asked for another dollar. Thinking I accidentally handed six one-dollar bills (even though I counted prior) I gave them the dollar. Then as I get home and look in my wallet I realise Im missing a dollar of what I should have. The dollar isnt the issue, but before I even get a chance to tip you shouldnt have your cashiers stealing money from customers.

Use the app to place the order ahead of time. Easley walked-in, grabbed the order off the counter, and sat down. Drinks were hot so was the cinnamon coffee cake. Excellent experience with this Starbucks today!They were also playing some good mellow music while we sat there and enjoyed our drinks.Enjoy!

They will mess up your order half the time, and in general Starbucks has low quality coffee, also the company cares more about PR then anything. (Are their beans ethically sourced?)

This is my go to Starbucks every time! All the staff are very personable and show much patience while dealing with customers, good and bad. It nice to see such professionalism in this day and age. Shout out to manager, Bri! She patiently explained several of the new coffees to me, making suggestions and has now got me hooked on a cold brew! Something I never thought I’d like!!! Love her enthusiasm and customer service.

Had a terrible experience at this location with how slow the internet was here. Bri ran my card multiple times when she was told that her machine was faulty by colleagues. It froze my card for how many times it was ran through. Called the bank and Bro was accusing me of trying to not pay for my merchandise eventhough the bank said they had received an authorization code and that the purchase had gone through. Bri had the audacity to tell her colleague to keep an eye on me and that I was acting suspicious for having to call my bank after their faulty system froze my card. Told the bank if I am charged twice i will be disputing with the vendor and raising hell. Would go to this location daily but will not be back. What a terrible way to treat your customers! Also reporting her in specifics for her unfounded accusations. Will not be back that is all

I really love the grilled cheese sandwich. The baristas seem to take care and make sure that your drink is ready all with the happy smile to serve it. It has been my experience that if something is wrong with your order they are more than happy to make sure to do all in their power to correct it.
