Service was helpful and friendly, but the rep added multiple charges to our plan without telling us and got away with it because we agreed to pay those monthly instead of up front. Unethical. Spent way too much time on the phone with customer service trying to fix everything. Couldn't remove one charge and another expense is still a mystery to them.Ask for an itemized list of charges before you leave the store, or even better, pay up front. Do not trust them!

Sitting here in the store for over a half an hour haven't been spoken to by the staff not one time. Not even greeted when any of us came in. Still have enough time to make sure the music is playing tho. Neither associate has even looked up from what they are doing to reassure other customers OR to be sure store is not being stolen from. 3 other people have left. After waiting over an hour I'm leaving empty-handed because they don't have it.

I went to this store to take advantage of an upgrade deal. I told them I wanted to take care of any charges while in the store. I did get the phones but was not told that chargers were not included. They sold me chargers without asking if I even wanted them, supplied me with screen protectors and a case that I requested. The invoice was not very clear and it looked like I had paid for everything I had asked for. At no time did any employee offer to explain anything to me about the invoice or about the chargers not being included. I got my monthly bill and it had increased by about thirteen dollars a month. I went back to ask for an explanation and was rudely told, by an assistant manager, that I had signed for everything. When I pushed for an explanation I was told the same thing. I asked again, more forcefully and was told to leave the store. I've since called t-mobile and was told that the extra monthly charge was that the store had financed the chargers, case and screen protectors, after I had told them I wanted to pay for everything at that time.I will never do business with this store again. The employees need training in customer service and need to be trained to make sure the customer is aware of all options and charges.

I waited well over 5 minutes in the store before being greeted or acknowledged. Then staff informed me they were unable to unlock the phone from it's security cage. If you want to hold a device in your hand to see how it feels before spending $1,000, T-mobile isn't the place to do it. Disappointing.

We have been customers there for 3 years and this is the worst T-Mobile place we've ever been too. A woman there her name is Breahn, she was "CUSSING" in front of everyone gossiping talking to her co-workers about them going to a club. Very Unprofessional we had our KIDS around and the main thing is they over charged us! they said it was going to cost $150.00 a month then we got a bill saying $206! Our family can't afford that! And we specifically told them we don't want the protection plan on our phone and they ended up putting it on there. And note we were there for over 2 HOURS for what? bad customer service. We also heard this other lady being rude to another customer saying "what do you want" rudely I was in disbelief. I HAVE NEVER went to a place that was so unprofessional. Now we are having to go through all of this to get things fixed. We had to call customer service and he even said they didn't know what they were doing. I HIGHLY don't recommend coming to this T-Mobile go to a different T-Mobile. We will never go to this T-Mobile place. We will be contacting the owner about those rude women.

Moises was very polite and attentive to the issue with my phone. After speaking with a few people, it turned out my number had been transferred to a different carrier. With that information, he quickly got on track to get my number back. He seemed to know exactly who to speak to with his support team. I watched him treat his employees with respect while working on the problem.

Moises is EXTREMELY knowledgable!! He was able to solve a very complicated issue with my phone that was broken. His ability to do what he did was extraordinary when no one else could solve it. He stayed with fixing it until it was resolved, was very focused, very polite, and didn't let the technical challenge frustrate him--he seemed to like the challenge! I learned that he has been with t-mobile since 2017. The store and we customers are very lucky to have someone with his knowledge and customer service skills.

REVIEW IS FOR “MANAGER” MOISES. (Think that’s how it was spelled, either way he’s the manger there) the other staff are friendly and tried to be helpful.Unfortunately can’t rate 0/5 or I would. The “manager” we dealt with gave my family the worst service I’ve ever gotten from T-MOBILE as a whole. He was rude and very passive aggressive, was extremely annoyed that we were even in there, looked like he’d rather do anything than help us. Was very rude to my mother. Was annoyed when he was asked about promos/trade in. Didn’t want to help or walk us through any of our simple request. Wanted me to go to CPR to fix my screen all to save about $20 out the door (repair is $30), annoyed when he had to run quotes. When asked about service promos, quotes and questions didn’t even have his tablet open to look just said “I have nothing for you” was absolutely zero help on with questions and concerns about our plan. Had to transfer all my data by myself because he wanted to rush us out the door. My stuff is all messed up because of his lack of care and zero help. Didnt even set up my plan and change of responsibility right, so I had to call customer service. You’ll have better luck if you call customer service. They were extremely helpful and understanding. Probably switching to Verizon after this. I get that the holidays are hard on people but that was no way to treat me and my family. Will be calling corporate for this.

Walked in to buy a new iPhone. I waited until customers finished up; as I waited for 10 minutes another woman came in to the store. When the t-mobile representative was finished she walked past me and over to the other woman who was looking at phones and started to deal with her!! She saw me walk in the store and wait behind the customer she was initially dealing with. Even her co-worker who was busy with another customer to be fair to him gave me a glance of embarrassment at the situation, almost like a “sorry” gesture. Not sure if it was discrimination or what it was but I will not be returning to a store who deals with customers in such a manner. Definitely felt like discrimination against me.

This review is specific for the T mobile on Garfield in Loveland, CO and the store's district manager. I transferred my cell service (4 lines) to T-Mobile. The store associate was helpful, informing me of promotions to upgrade our phones. We upgraded 3 phones. The store associate failed to file one of the $730 rebates correctly. When I went back to the store 2 months later to resolve the problem I was told all the stores personnel including the store manager had been terminated. The temporary store manager was working with me to resolve the problem and sent me a message that it had been fixed and to expect a $730 credit. When I did not receive the credit I went back to the store and was told the acting manager no longer worked there. When I asked to speak to the district manager I was told the staff were not allowed to let customers contact the district manager. That is not true at other T-Mobile stores. After 5 months. I finally contacted T-Mobiles executive office in Denver and they resolved the problem in one phone call and issued me the $730 rebate. I believe every district manager should work with customers to resolve problems and this store's distruck manager refuses to speak with customers.

We had a great experience at the 29th St. T Mobile store in Loveland. Emily was fabulous! Smart and quick to get everything done. I got a new phone, my son got a new phone, we switched providers to T Mobile, and Em set up our phones and transferred all of our info. She was even able to get the info and pictures transferred from my son's smashed and broken phone! Emily was friendly, kind and so competent. Thank you so much. She deserves at least 10 Stars!

Austin spent lots of time with me and lots of time with Tmobile . He was patient with both me and the company in trying to help. The store was packed and he and Diego worked vigorously to check people in and take care of everyone.They definitely exhibit what it means to be in a service industry.

We have been w/T-Mobile for over 20 yrs and your people like Mr Diego A on the 29th St store is a BIG reason why...He is someone special who has all the qualities of product expertise, customer relations, great communication skills of clarity along w/patience ...you just don't find people like this ALL in ONE PACKAGE.
