Griffin took great care of myself and my car. Met me outside even with the cold weather with a water. Made me feel welcome and had me out in less than what felt like 10 minutes. Amazing service and customer service from griffin, will definitely be coming back and telling friends !

Amazing . I was tired to taking it to the dealership for an oil change. Drove right up, got quick service. They double checked everything and we're the sweetest guys. Answered all my ridiculous questions. I will never go anywhere else ! Best place hands down!!!!

My check engine light has been coming on occasionally, I appreciate the advice and when I started the car after the oil change it was running noticably better. Way cheaper than taking it to the dealership!

Quick. Efficient. Friendly. Great experience here! I feel like I've found a new place to get my oil changed as well take care of those other items that tend to come up like air filters and windshield wiper replacement, etc. It really is in and out and stay in your car. Highly recommend!

I was greeted with water upon entering the bay, which was really nice. The guys all made sure to ask consent for everything and even made sure I visually saw the results of the work they did. It was a very nice experience at the beginning. The only part that really upset me is I was being upsold and pressured into getting my cabin and engine filter replaced. I was trying to look online to see how much they were but was feeling rushed and pressured so told them to replace them. When I was finally given a chance to look at how much they really are, I realized I was up-charged about $70 and left feeling very upset and defeated as I didn’t have that additional money to lose. What originally should have been $80, ended up be upwards for $150. I feel very taken advantage of because I am a woman and disappointed at the money I lost.

I have had my vehicle serviced at the same place for 5 years. Needed an oil change on Sunday when my mechanic isn't open. Went to take 5 and was extremely happy with the service starting with the bottled water. The staff was extremely pleasant, informative. Definitely my new place for oil changes.
