Was trying to find the Albury green coat across the country and the only location was Loveland,Colorado. Penny was so nice to take her time to locate it for me in the store and to charge send it.to me in PA! She even wrote a thank you note with the receipt. Quick ordering and arrival with free shipping! I made a gift return at the Talbots, Shops at Promenade in Loveland, CO location in June, and requested a merchandise credit for a future gift replacement. The associate was very nice, but instead of issuing me a store credit, as requested, she returned the balance to the gift giver’s account, creating an awkward situation. After speaking to the store manager, Ann, today, who clarified how the balance was returned, I was hoping she’d offer to speak to the store associate to clarify that gift returns should be handled as the customer requests, and apologize for the mishandling. Nothing. As a former client service associate, I most certainly would have apologized for the way the gift return was processed, and for any inconvenience it may have caused.

I had the best experience at this location in Loveland! The sales associates (Anne, Linda & taylor) were awesome! I came in to find a pant suit for an interview and they were beyond helpful and really made the whole experience (that could have been very stressful) fun and enjoyable. I will definitely be back if I need more outfits like this!

I love this store. I seem to always find something. The sales associates go out of their way to help without being pushy. They have a great selection with frequent sales. The Talbot's quality remains and their styles reflect today's lifestyle.

Extremely helpful and sincere salesperson, Pam, I think. There is a fragrance spray that is coming through the ventilation and it became too cloying, so I had to leave and then launder the clothing I was wearing in the store. Other than that, very high quality clothing. A bit pricey for my Magpie taste, but the items look like they would last a very long time.

I really enjoy shopping at Talbot's, but this upset me. There was a sign in the store stating 30% off tops. I picked out a top and went to pay for it, to only find out this was a past sale and no longer applied. They asked me where the sign was and I showed them. They took it down and denied the sale price. To keep a customer of many years happy, I believe they should of honored the sale price.
