Waited 30 minutes after going in to the store twice to get propane. Went in again and was told the guy in charge of doing fills was busy doing trailer paperwork and would be out in 15. Im not waiting 45 minutes to get propane filled. Won't be going back to again.

Single rudest interactions with staff of any establishment of maybe my entire life. Can't believe you keep your doors open with people like that working there. What a disgrace to an otherwise great company

Fantastic location Logan did a great job! His excellent customer service and positive attitude is infectious, he went out of his way to help me and took the time to answer my questions. I highly recommend this store.

Why have a Rewards program when you literally never ask the customer if they want to use their Rewards? It shows right on the screen but they never ask you if you want to use them...

The store manager cannot fill out forms required by the state to register trailers for licenses. The form clearly broke down by local taxes and state she just wrote the total in. Clearly the store manager cannot read. The DMV is not intelligent enough to do basic math so they gave me the choice of either paying the full tax or waiting for the store to fill the form out correctly. Either way it would require another hour or two of my time which is worth more than the tax. When confronted at the store she said she could not refund tax, I offered to take in store credit discount anything to to reimburse me for my time and money and she would do nothing. Zero customer care from at least this store. I will contact their corporation to complain and see if they care at all about customer service.

This store is playing an advertisement overhead claiming they offer a program for veterans with 2% discounts and thanking veterans and active duty military. But when I presented at check out the cashier and then later her manager, both told me “there is no such veterans program at Tractor Supply”. Stop using veterans to advertise falsely.. You’re not the only company that does it and now I’m one star reviewing anytime a business is advertising for veterans and then claims that it’s program is not real at checkout. Make it right tractor supply - take your down your false in store advertising or train your people to offer the program that you’re boasting about overhead in your stores

As soon as I walked in I was profiled and treated rudely, noone even said hello. After 10 minutes or so I was told to leave the store, because I was wearing a coat,in early spring at 9am... When I said why didn't you say this earlier I was ignore and followd out of the store. Avoid unless you like being harassed. Go to ACE, better people there.

Been going to this location for years. Never had a problem until this new manager lady showed up a few months ago. She hassles me about getting propane. Not only does she hassle me about the upcoming expiration date (in two years) but she also hassles me about loading the propane into the back of my Toyota truck while literally standing there doing nothing while I strap it down (in an upright position). Been doing it the same way for years and taking it up to Storm Mountain.The tipping edge was yesterday. After hassling me about the propane I elected to pay inside as I had some other items I needed to buy. She gives me a printout for the propane. I go inside and grab a few items and then proceed to the register. She hassles me AGAIN about the receipt saying it wasn't the one she gave me.Its no longer worth it to save a few pennies on propane at TS. There are plenty of other places to get propane and the other items I regularly purchase.I plan to pop into the store a few times just to see if that lady is still working there. If she is, I'm NOT doing any more business with TS.

Went in the store to buy a chicken coop. They have it in stock but wouldn’t sell it to me because it was raining outside. The person said it was company policy that they couldn’t sell it to me because of a safety issue. The coop was located in their outdoor barn. I offered to come back in an hour after the rain was done and she said she would have to make sure lightning wasn’t with 10 miles and she told me to come back tomorrow. I could tell that she didn’t want to make the sale today. I called the Fort Collins location and they said they would sell me one in the rain and never heard of that policy. Unfortunately they didn’t have the coop in stock at that store. Not a great customer experience. Normally this is a great store and everyone is great, not today…

Bought a riding lawn mower from them. They refused to hold it for me, but I couldn't buy it online either because it wasn't in their system. I called the corporate number and bought it over the phone. The person on the corporate line told me I could have just put it on hold for 24hr until I was able to get a trailer. I told her they wouldn't let me - she said they should because it is company policy. I went to rent a trailer and I called the store for the exact measurements of the packaging to ensure the mower fit in the trailer available. I was told there is only one person with a tape measure in the store at Fri/3pm and it took 40 min to get the measurements. After we got the trailer loaded, they wanted me to pull out without strapping the mower to the trailer so they could go back inside. The assistant was very annoyed I refused to move the car until I got at least one strap holding the new mower down.
