We moved a container from CO to NY and the whole experience was excellent - from booking, customer support, loading, transit updates to delivery - except for a small glitch at the end. There was a heavy down pour in NY the night before the delivery and a couple of the items near the container doors got wet. But overall we were very satisfied with U-Pack.

Truck was on time both coming and going. Always friendly drivers and made the move easy and way less stressful than it could have been. Cost was under everyone else especially and half of PODS.

I was so skeptical about almost everywhere making my move from TX to CO on my own and needed everything to go right the first time. Best choice I made moving cross country was U-Pack! Used their recommended Hire-A-Helper as well, and the whole experience made everything a breeze. 10/10, would use again in a second if I needed to.

I used a UPack ReLo cube to move furniture and boxes from CO to PA and at every step of the way the company was great. Every call I made was answered promptly (no endless phone trees), everyone I spoke with was friendly and able to help me and all my questions were answered patiently and accurately. Scheduling was prompt and flexible. The driver called to let me know he was on his way for delivery and was able to place the cube exactly where I wanted it using a forklift in front of my house on a busy urban street. There were no extra or hidden fees. What more could you possibly ask for from a company? I can't recommend them highly enough.

If I could give less than one star I would. They lost one of our two ReloCubes. Not sure how that's even possible with today's tracking capabilities. If you choose to use these guys (which I don't recommend), you'll definitely want to put some sort of tracking device in your stuff.

I used U-Pack to move from California to Colorado. The move was very smooth and it was worth my $$. My stuff was picked up and delivered in timely manner. The customer service has been amazing. I made the best choice of choosing U-Pack for my move. I would recommend everyone to choose U-Pack for your next move.

This was by FAR the best moving experience I’ve had (and I’ve done a LOT of moving and tried many different options, some resulting in horror stories). From the first phone call inquiring to picking up our containers post-move, this process was incredible. Every UPack employee was super helpful, friendly, and professional. I called leading up to making my reservation multiple times with a number of questions and everyone I spoke to was kind and happy to help. The employees who delivered and picked up the containers were so nice and did a great job. Our stuff arrived on time and honestly this process went smoother than I could have possibly imagined. This company goes above and beyond to make what can be a really stressful experience a breeze. Oh and they’re pricing? Compared to other similar container moving companies, I was shocked at how good their prices are. It almost seemed to good to be true but this was one of those rare instances where it was just true. This is the ONLY way I’ll move from now on! Thank you UPack for providing outstanding service!

We have had some awful moves, so decided to try U-Pack for this last one. The flexibility of being able to ask to adjust by a day or so was AMAZING. We were able to take our time to move our things and everyone we spoke with or met was kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with a company, let alone for a freight / moving company. Starting with the sales call, which I normally despise, but the representative was so friendly and informative and she quickly sold me. The price comparison to U-Haul which was the cheapest option before gas, is very competitive AND you don't have to drive your stuff. The delivery and pickup process was seamless, the drivers were also very friendly, extremely helpful providing information how to pack what to avoid, etc and very skilled at loading and unloading. On the second day, we decided on short notice that we needed an extra unit, customer service was very helpful, they got us a good quote and delivery within the same day!Overall, a very competitive price with other vendors but the customer service is what will bring me back to U-Pack although I hope to NEVER move again!

A fairly easy, painless process. Moved from TX to CO. Trailer was dropped on time, driver was professional and friendly and all instructions were clear. We used a full trailer. ETA was 7-9 business days and the trailer arrived early by a couple days. The text updates were excellent and much appreciated. We knew this was freight shipping and packed the trailer accordingly (wrapped and secured with ratchet straps). All of our stuff arrived intact and in great condition. Very satisfied, thanks for making this move easy!***Edit***When you pack, make sure your movers install the bulkhead properly and lock it, otherwise you'll find yourself missing items on the other end.
