I went into this ups store today. I have some problems with the return labels on my Amazon return. Trent was very helpful and help me work out the issues. I appreciate when people go out of their way to help.with an issue that really not his responsibility to help me with.

I also agree that the employees are always friendly and nice and I love that store on eagle drive. I have Mail packages but mostly returns from amazon, it's always a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work.!

Alex was the biggest help. Walked in not knowing nothing and he very patiently helped me send my first sold item on eBay! Thx man!
