I went into this ups store today. I have some problems with the return labels on my Amazon return. Trent was very helpful and help me work out the issues. I appreciate when people go out of their way to help.with an issue that really not his responsibility to help me with.

I also agree that the employees are always friendly and nice and I love that store on eagle drive. I have Mail packages but mostly returns from amazon, it's always a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work.!

The employees at this store are the best. They are always welcoming, always helpful and get me in and out fast. I appreciate every one of them. Aziah handled my Amazon returns tonight with a great smile and cheerful attitude. At the end of a long work day, it was uplifting to receive great customer service as is the custom at this UPS store!

Very knowledgable. Jenn was very friendly and helpful with shipping my packages. I have seen good custom service before but Jenn is the best. Made our visit enjoyable.

No area in the store where you can drop already labeled packages like every other UPS in the country offers. Very inconvenient. Will look at taking my commercial business back to FedEx.

Shady business practices at this location. First, I will start of by saying the associates at this location are always very helpful, nice and professional... even the manager I gave some aggressive feedback to today was very measured and professional, too bad they are put in a position to offer poor customer service. I ordered a product and was given the option to pick up at this UPS Store. There was ZERO added fee and ZERO indication that this would cost additional money. The merchant I ordered from did not note additional cost, the delivery email from UPS did not mention additional cost. If I had known there was an additional fee, I would never have made that selection. The shady practice of notifying a customer AFTER the package is delivered that it will cost $10 to pick it up is some real dirt bag stuff.
Edited for ‘Owner’ response: You can charge whatever you want. The dirtbag practice of sneaking additional costs after the transaction and delivery is complete without giving the customer a choice in the matter is very scummy. The alternative options I will explore are USPS and Fed Ex.

This UPS location has always given me great customer service. In fact, I stopped in at one UPS as I was driving around town and the line was so long and slow that I left and went to this location before going home. I live in a small town and going north to this office and south to another I always choose this location.
Someone else complained about doing returns and being told on some packages, they had to box them and some not to box thinking it was store policy to keep changing instructions. That is incorrect. I do plenty of Amazon returns and you have to look at their instructions on return. Amazon will say whether you need to box it or leave it unboxed. It’s all about reading the Amazon instructions, user error.

The staff and management are above and beyond (like so many good people in Larimer County!) I sent a ring to Italy via this office; and when it wasn't picked up, the manager of this UPS office worked phones for days to get Italian customs to yield! Imagine you, shipping a box to Salt Lake! Go UPS Loveland!

Came here to say how RUDE the owner is and I see I am not alone. It appears from other comments, this has caused high turnover and dishonest situations. Not. Surprising. There are other games in town.
