Mailed a package via UPS. Cheaper than U.S. postal service and got there a lot quicker.

No shade to any of the employees but this company has to be the worst shipping company this side of the Atlantic.

2.5 hours on phone today. A.I. system has the balls to hang up on you to boot. Convinced no one can actually help you. I ship several things a week through usps and FedEx. Ups just happened to be a better option on ebay shipping format layout. Soon to find this was the worst possible outcome I could get with no sight of fixing it cause I can't talk to someone to fix the situation. $2200 part in mail just floating in to the unknown. Soon to be forced to refund a customer who's not at fault cause neither of us can fix the problem at either hub here or TX. BOTH TOLD THE OTHER MUST MAKE THE ADJUSTMENT. Just hope you clowns can ship my part back when all this is done so I'm not out $2200 for lack of human help that AI can't and WONT remedy. Been few years since I've shipped though you guys and I remember why now. Oh and the franchise store can't do anything at ALL, so don't even bother asking them. Wasted a whole day running around and calling circles.

My question to UPS is why do you have tracking information available at all if it's completely inaccurate? My saga started with a package that was supposed to be sent to me from Massachusetts on 12/22/23, when the business created the label. The driver didn't bother to pick it up until 5 days later and my delivery date was set for 1/3/24. After tracking showed that it sat in Hodgkins, IL for four days starting on 12/29/23, I was given a new update on Sunday evening, 1/1/24 that my package would be delivered on Tuesday, 1/2/24 between 11:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. (not a small window) . Since a signature is required for delivery, I changed plans to make sure I would be home and able to receive it. This morning, the tracking changed again, saying that my package was in Loveland, CO (20 minutes away) as of 5:25 a.m. and wouldn't be delivered until tomorrow, the original estimate of 1/3/24. Since I'd already made plans to be home to receive the package today, I decided to drive to Loveland to pick it up, 7 hours after it said it had arrived at the Loveland facility. I was informed by the clerk that my package wasn't really in Loveland, even though tracking said it had been there since 5:25 a.m. According to the nice gentleman, it was still in Denver, CO and wouldn't be in Loveland until later that night. Don't even get me started on the worthless information I've been receiving from online UPS help, including signing up for "My UPS" which promised more detailed information but still provided the exact same worthless and inaccurate "tracking" info. How does a company like this stay in business? I'm seriously asking, because I only use FedEx (who provides accurate, daily tracking). The man at the UPS facility was pleasant enough, but didn't seem particularly concerned that the tracking info I'd been relying on was completely inaccurate. He's just another cog in the faulty machine, I suppose. If it was possible to leave zero stars on this review, I would. And I'm definitely not counting on it showing up tomorrow, even though I need to make sure I'm available for a 10-hour window to sign for it.

A “Customer Center” that opens at 11:30 daily. Lol. How pathetic is that? A sign of corporate greed we see all too often in todays world. How about working 8-5 like the rest of the world to service your customers!! Maybe that explains only part of your 2.6 google rating???

There is been two times where they delivered my package to an office.I don’t live in an office I live in an apartment building . So which officer they give it to you he said it was at the front of the apartment building, but there is no office in our apartment building there’s just four apartment units. This is why I am very careful about buying anything. This was not coming from Amazon but I don’t like to buy stuff off of Amazon when it’s being delivered by UPS.. because they won’t deliver it to my apartment they’ll deliver to wherever they feel like it or they’ll keep it in their warehouse for a week I could see lotta the tracking they’ve kept it in their warehouse for a week when I was only a couple miles away from my place

UPS says that my address is not correct and my Amazon packages can’t be delivered. Very interesting, since FedEx has delivered many packages to me with no problem. You cannot talk to a live person when you call the customer service number, you go through the automated system of hell until you hang up in frustration!!!

Use FEDEX or really anyone else. Your chances are better with carrier pigeons. UPS is just AWFUL. No idea how they're still in business. They won't deliver packages to my address regardless of how many times and ways of confirm it. They say the only way to get my package is to drive an hour to pick it up at a facility and pay and additional $7.99 as a "pick-up fee". Really? You can't talk to a real person on any "customer service" line.

Cannot call the location for questions. 1-888 number will not connect you to a real person and user interface is terrible.
