Dana the branch manager is one of the rudest and most power hungry woman I’ve encountered. I’m absolutely beside myself on how I’ve been treated and then knowing I got LIED to by calling the 24 hour number. This is the worst of the worst. I signed up with US Bank due to my husband’s “second dad” being the old branch manager in Greeley and was absolutely incredible. I’ve never had this kind of awful experience in my life with ANY bank. She should not be a manager or an employee of this establishment. When people get frustrated when they can’t access their funds until 5 days before Christmas they might get a little frustrated. Always saying not her fault but she insisted she can “no longer help us and is closing my account and I will get none of my money” THAT I EARNED. What is wrong with this person and this bank? I’m so disgusted and disturbed by their behavior, service, and lack of ethics. DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE. DANA IS AWFUL.

I came to this bank from canvas credit union for my business banking hoping for a better banking experience without strange policies and lengthy automated systems just to speak with a real person. Jeff promised me a better experience and highlighted some of the perks I would have banking with them. Skeptical but intrigued I opened an account, since that moment 2 months ago I am constantly surprised by the bankers kindness, technical support and the ability to speak to a real human when I need to. They have followed through on every promise made to me and my business and work around the real problems of life and business ownership. Maribel has been a huge help is very kind, and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a place to open a business account look no further, I've worked with several different banks in the past and this us bank takes the cake. I am looking forward to less delays higher limits and finally a reliable team of professionals I can trust. Thanks for working with me guys!

I went in asking a simple question 5 weeks ago, I went in 2 days ago and they still didn't have the question answered nobody would really help me I stood there for 15 minutes finally went up to somebody nobody greeted me and my issue wasn't resolved I'm changing Banks

Can't take a payment over 500 cash but the payment is 560.00$. Doesn't make any sense. Take your money somewhere else.

This branch needs to give it's male bankers some sensitivity training in terms of women changing their names after divorce. After struggling for over a year to change my name back to my maiden name during the middle of a global pandemic in addition to the trauma of divorce, I've finally managed to change everything except USBank including the DMV and SS. However, when I arrived at this bank I was told I didn't have enough documentation because they seem to think they need even stricter requirements than the government. And then was sent on my way. If I have enough documents to open up a new account in my new name, I should be able to change the name on my existing account.Luckily, I was able to go to a different branch nearby and was helped by a lovely young woman who was much more understanding of my situation. This was an obvious example of sexism at work. Will probably never use this branch again and am seriously considering closing all USBank accounts anyway.

ATM machine does not work properly. Gave me a receipt for the $300 but NO CASH. Went inside to talk to tellers twice.They were unhelpful and said to call # on my debit card. I sat in my car calling the bank while several others used the atm. Watching & asking if they got an extra $300. 2 different people told me stories of others this has happened to at this ATM. US Bank overseas dispute says 10 -45 days to get my $$ credited back. They know their ATM machine works sporadically and could care less. Go to atm in Johnstown or King Soopers on Eagle Dr. Horrible customer service at this branch.

Will be closing my account of 10 years because of the lack of service provided by this institution. It’s the nearest bank to my home and it’s never open during the week or operational. Computer systems down on Friday afternoons, but the ATMs suspiciously continually operate while the tellers are unable to work. Restrictive business hours M-F 9:30am-4pm, and closed all weekend. They aren’t even open for 8 hours during a weekday! When are working people suppose to come in and make a deposit? I’ll be switching banks and happier for it! Thank you for making bills even more difficult to pay during these trying times!

absolutely the worst customer service. never do business with this bank !!! Actually , I should clarify, it was their phone service that was bad. I was on hold for 30 minutes and then they hung up on me.

Absolutely terrible customer service. And just try to call and complain - no number available. Using Covid as an excuse for not servicing customers. You can make appointments but on a limited basis. Have been a US Bank customer for years, visited a number of branches over those years - never have I seen customer service as poor as the service is at this branch.
