While the building may be a bit outdated, the comfortable lobby and exceptional mural make for an enjoyable experience. Although the wait can be long at times, the convenience and quality of service make it worth the effort to visit this USPS branch.

Staff is very friendly. But…I have a PO Box at this location and the lobby is supposed to be open to access the boxes until 6pm. Sometimes the lobby is open until 6pm and sometimes it’s not. I am sitting out front right now at 5:28 pm on a Tuesday and the front doors have chains on them….ugh. So annoying.

Helpful but not sure why Loveland has 2 post offices. They had to redirect us to the downtown Loveland one.

I am consistently impressed with the kind and efficient service at this post office. I drive from Berthoud to this location just because of the service I know I will receive. Thank you!
