Always friendly service. The wait here can be long but you can enjoy the exceptional mural entitled “Industries around Loveland” painted by James Russell Sherman in 1938 for the downtown Valentine Station post office while you stand in line. Parking is often easy on street.

The people who work here are such useless lazy idiots. Dismissive rude worthless human beings. You should fire the whole bunch and replace them with literally anyone else. What a garbage post office.

This location is only convenient because of personal proximity. Otherwise, the other larger loveland usps is a much better option both because of efficiency and store hours. I have only ever interacted with 4 employees at this location, 3 are a pleasure to work with. One of them however, is terrible. He has an attitude, works slowly, and has terrible customer service skills. Could not care less about customers, and basically embodies the incompetent govt worker stereotype everyone hates. I truly hope he leaves or gets fired because it definitely affects my store experience whenever i have the unfortunate luck of shipping during his shifts. To add, i am shipping several times a week, and genuinely favor USPS services over UPS for domestic shipping. This review is aimed at one specific problem worker.

I called to let the office know that I had incorrectly put in my new address for delivery and Jackie answered the phone and said "oh my gosh [insert long pause from her] this is Jackie with USPS at the Valentines location, how can I help?" So the phone call started weird and she became very rude and interrupted me many times. She was trying to charge me for typing in the address incorrectly but didn't even bother asking if I just moved and may have gotten the address wrong. Then she quickly said "hang on." Didn't say I'm going to transfer or put me on hold. I ended up getting helped immediately by a gentleman named Ken. Just wanted to let you guys know this was very inappropriate.

I appreciate the urgency and attentiveness they seem to have with delivery issues. They were prompt and responded quickly. All my packages have made it to their destinations. And the clerks inside seem polite.

Staff has always been friendly, the one star is because of how freaking early this post office closes. 4:30??? What a useless time frame. Most people work during this time making it impossible to get here. So you have to use the other one which is even further from me and honestly not as nice in other regards.

I called to ask my mail, the guy who pick up can’t even talk nice, just a simple question! Why would you work there if you don’t want to, there’s more people out there need these jobs.

I always have an amazingly positive experience when visiting the Valentine Branch of the United States Postal Service. I never fail to let every Postal Employee that I meet just how grateful I am for their services. For if it weren't for folks like them, and yourselves also by the way, we members of the Armed Forces of our great United States of America would never receive the package and letters that keep our spirits alive with hope. The staff here is a collection of the most incompetent people that Loveland has to offer. I politely tried to explain a situation about lost package to the manager who claims he has been there for over 20 years. He repeatedly interrupted me not even 5 words into most of my sentences, talked down to me as though I wasn’t understanding him, and didn’t seem to listen to a single word I was saying. Deliveries have come to my house before in envelopes clearly marked as DO NOT BEND, which were folded in half by carriers. Any customer service experience I have ever had with these people has been horrendously unprofessional. I understand that they’re probably overburdened with deliveries, but this kind of behavior is inexcusable.

Every single package that gets shipped through these twits either arrives late, or gets lost. This is what happens when you're propped up by government handouts, you become the most incompetent shipping service on planet Earth! Well done, USPS.

Do not call for customer service, its all automated with no people to talk to, and no clear answers to my questions... i was actually very upset the whole time. There needs to be an option to talk to a person. Thanks
