Helpful employees but sometimes you get a person who doesn't understand why someone might not always want to spend $50 on a single item and those people aren't helpful in finding what you want.

The customer service was non existent. I used to go in here and was always offered help and check on, this time I had to run someone down to try something on and then search all over to be able to check out.The products are exactly what I expect, and I am happy with my purchase.

Walked in wanting to get resized and nobody greeted me or helped or even acknowledge I was there. Then they also left the 10/$35 panty deal even though it supposedly ended yesterday and since I didn’t get acknowledged, I left and will not be coming back or ask to reward that they did leave it out and advertised

The options available here have seemingly been dwindling. Not a huge sport bra (not light support) selection and it seems like the options for workout pants / outfits are slim.Otherwise the employees have always been friendly to me and it's a good location as it is close to other shopping.Also... the semi annual sales are worth waiting for instead of paying full prices!

The associate was very helpful, I got three new bras on sale for under $95 dollars. She even gave me a 20 dollars off a 50 dollar purchase coupon. So nice!

One star for the one woman who greeted me at the door and gave me sales info for the day. This location continues to disappoint me and I honestly didn't ever want to return after a horrid pre Xmas experience (where they had 1 person stocking (who was wearing jeans & street clothes and was not a part of regular staffing) on the floor and zero sales people and zero people in the dressing rooms to help customers so after 10 min, I walked out. But unfortunately my husband gave me another gift certificate in my stocking and I was already in the area so alas I ended up here. I was looking for a new bra to replace my aging one and didn't realize that I've actually moved up a size. Anyway I ventured into VS side and the pink side both. Both were well stocked except pinks underwear area and the zip down / yoga pants/ sweats area. I picked several bras, pink undees and a sweatpants set and it took me over 8 minutes to find someone to open the dressing room for me. One lady made eye contact with me as she walked by TWICE and when I went to ask her she quickly turned her head & walked away. So much so I followed her the second time and she walked faster to a room over by the register and kept her back to me. Really? I found the lady who greeted me at the door in the mass of teenagers and she opened the door for me but didn't say, I'll be back to see if you need anything! I realized while trying on bras I really liked one of them but I had chosen so many bras I forgot where I got it and I needed to see if they had a larger size in a different color. No way was I gonna hunt someone down for another 10 min to try on a larger size or find where I got this bra anyway. That's why it's nice to have you know, customer service so I don't have to get all the way dressed again and get into another room that's locked! I did however hear her come check on one teenager and her mom but she could've cared less about me. I got some pink underwear as they had a sale and put everything else back and left as fast as I could. This place has had negative customer service reviews for 8 years, it's time management or upper management steps in or you'll continue to lose customers. But they won't. I'll be ordering online only if I ever want anything in the future and honestly I will be finding a new brand of bra and underwear line. I'm cancelling the credit card too. Not that VS cares or reads these comments! Good luck if you're older than a teenager if you enjoy top notch customer service.
