I would like to express my concerns regarding the conduct of Chris, the pharmacist. On multiple occasions, I have encountered difficulties when attempting to pick up my prescriptions, leading me to seek services at an alternative pharmacy without any issues. It appears that Chris has consistently scrutinized my medication orders, often identifying arbitrary faults or reasons to deny filling prescriptions as prescribed by my physician. Her demeanor has been unprofessional, characterized by rudeness and dismissiveness, which raises concerns about her suitability for a role that involves direct interaction with the public. I have not previously experienced such belittlement from a pharmacist. Her approach to customer service is notably subpar. The primary factors that continue to draw me to this pharmacy are its convenient location and the exemplary service provided by the staff at the front registers.
Despite my unfortunate experience with the pharmacy staff, I continue to maintain my loyalty to Walgreens due to the consistently exceptional customer service provided by the sales associates. In particular, I would like to commend Victoria, who stands out as one of the most kind and sincere sales associates I have encountered in Loveland. As a professional in the customer service industry, I am well aware of the challenges associated with engaging with the public, and I believe that Victoria exemplifies excellence in this regard.

UPDATE 2024: Still the worst pharmacy in the front range. Left ER, drs put in prescription 2 hours ago… I pull up and the pharmacy clerk completely ignores me for 10 minutes. Then finally acknowledged I was waiting. I asked to pick my babies prescription and she said come back in 2 hrs. I usually go to another Walgreens 2miles up the road. The most I am ever asked to wait is 30 minutes, and they always have a line but they work efficiently, and are personable. For some reason the pharmacy staff is very unfriendly at Eisenhower. Maybe poor management?
WORST PHARMACY! I was having a dental emergency and I called to ask the pharmacy their hours of availability and mentioned I would be dropping off a prescription and wanting to wait due to level 9 pain… the pharmacy clerk told me it will be 2 hours. I was shocked and I said okay. Went to a different pharmacy!

Change the alarm for the first time in a long time in Loveland and had an outstanding cashier named James at registered for that exceeded all possibilities of acceptance and customer service congratulations to James

Was on old for the pharmacy for 5 mins b4 someone answered and placed me on hold for another 7 mins. Picked up and hung up. Waited another 10 mins again.

This walgreens has trash all over the premises. Its sad. The manager clearly doesn't care. It looks trashy! It would take no time at all to pick it up a little. But every single time I come Its worse. Loveland is better then this!! You all should take some pride in the place you work for, and our city!!

Went in to return a movie that I had bought only 3 hours before for my daughter, the movie was very damaged and wouldn’t play through. When I went up to do the return the cashier was very nice but then the manager came up and said it wasn’t in their system so they couldn’t take it back. He was not apologetic at all, no eye contact and just walked away after that. (Long curly haired male with glasses). Customer service is not your strong suit man might wanna work on it.

The short girl in the pharmacy with the long curly brown and blonde hair was very rude to me. She shut the window in my face when I had been in line and told me “we’re going on break”. When I came back she was so short with me and told me that the prescription just got ready but I will still have to wait another ten minutes. I could literally see the bag already in the box but I waited anyways. Everybody else working in the pharmacy were very nice and professional besides her. It felt like she was being prejudice. She really needs to be humbled. It’s not hard to be nice to people.

Normally my prescription pick up experience at this location isn't great. So I have to give a huge shout out to Kira! She reminded me of what customer service used to be like. She was friendly and really helpful.
