Withheld my Medication Refill, so I couldn’t go on a life saving trip to California because it was 5 Days early. Despite my Doctors calling and explaining the situation. They should have their Pharmacy Licences Revoked. This might cost me my life, as I now have to wait because I can’t get this Medication in California and the drive will take me more then 5 days, I’m extremely ill. Cruel people trying to Kill me.

As a devoted customer of Walgreens for five years, I encountered a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I went to the store to drop off a FedEx package with a QR code, as per FedEx's instructions indicating that Walgreens could print the label. However, the staff member I approached seemed unaware of this process and insisted that I needed a physical label. Despite my attempts to explain the QR code situation, they responded condescendingly, suggesting it was impossible to attach a QR code to the package. I would have preferred a clearer explanation regarding the store's inability to print labels, rather than feeling disrespected. This lack of coordination between Walgreens and the services advertised by FedEx led to unnecessary confusion and frustration. While I've been a loyal customer due to previous positive experiences, this incident highlighted the need for better communication and customer service at this location. I hope Walgreens can improve their staff training and communication regarding their services to avoid similar misunderstandings in the future.

I made an online appointment for the flu and Covid vaccines at a Walgreens in Loveland, CO on E. Eisenhower Blvd. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. The first hint of a problem was the clerk turning to a pharmacist saying, "Did you know the software is making appointments for 1:30?" To which the pharmacist responded, "Just when we go to lunch." Then the clerk began asking me questions I had already answered while scheduling the appointment online. I pointed that out, but the clerk said she did not have access to that and we would need to start over. She asked for my insurance card, but couldn't find my account. After much trying, she finally asked for help. Once checked in, it was now almost 1:30. The clerk said they would be going to lunch, and I would have to wait until they returned at 2:00. I asked if they would not accommodate me as scheduled in view of their own scheduling error. She said there was nothing they could do. I left and got my vaccines elsewhere.The day before, I had an appointment at another Walgreens for the same vaccines. They called me two hours before my appointment saying they needed to cancel due to staffing issues and lack of the vaccines.I am through with Walgreens.

I suffer from a I suffer from an anxiety disorder and The people that work in this pharmacy are absolutely awful!! I have been waiting for my medication for over three weeks. I’ve been patient but three weeks is a long time! In that three week period I ended up calling them twice, and I was met with attitude and extreme rudeness. One of the technicians actually hung up on me. Which intern had me calling back.(since I had been on the phone waiting for over 35 minutes.) a different women takes my call (also very rude) at this point I start being rude. End of story I still don’t have my medication. It’s already time for me to re-order it from my doctor. And I have a feeling that they are going to be vindictive and not fill my prescription anyway.

Walgreens Loveland My physician called in a prescription for me on a Thursday a.m., when I went to pick up prescription on Saturday, they said they didn't receive a call from physician. I contacted physician on Monday; the drs. office said they did call it in but would resubmit it. Tuesday was the 4th, so I went on Wednesday, they said they would call me when it is ready. Went to store on Thursday, they said they have to unpack medication and it's in last delivery. Went back Thursday afternoon, they said, they ordered wrong medication and they would reorder. They should have it by next Monday! If I wait until Monday, that will be 11 days waiting for a script. I contacted doctor's office again and they are going to submit it to different drug store.

Was there to pick up a prescription thru the drive thru. Oriental lady was Very rude and disrespectful. I have hearing aids. And she mocked me for not being able to hear her. I plan on switching pharmacies. It’s bad enough I live with medical issues I don’t need to be treated poorly for it.

Officially switching pharmacies! I had a prescription sent over 3 months ago, called in the following day to find out the status. The employee did not tell me they didn't receive my doctor's request but then proceeded to fill an old prescription without telling me the situation with me refill so i didn't know to contact me doctors office to resend. When I went to get my last refill 2 days ago they told me I had none, very rude about it, hung up on me when I asked to speak with a pharmacist. Doctor sent over 2 more e-script requests that very same day, they said they never received them. Called my doctor's office who then called in the prescription. Called the pharmacy again to ask when it would be ready and they lied to me and told me that they still haven't received it. I was on speaker with my pcp at my doctor's office when my doctor called it in!! I asked to speak with a manager and was promptly hung up on again.We're now switching to CVS and I'll never ever use another Walgreens again!!

Had to visit them 3 times in a single day just to get half of my prescriptions filled. They insisted the rest would be delivered until questioned on that fact then admitted they would not receive or have in stock over half of the prescriptions I required for at least multiple days. After asking for a pharmacy that did have my medication in stock I inquired as to if they needed to call ahead to get it ready and was told "No it should be fine". After arriving at the next pharmacy I was told "We can't give you you're medication as we are just now getting it ready. You should have called ahead."There are several people there that are trying to perform their duties well and it isn't their fault. Overall the service was simply terrible for providing me with the medications I need.This is the absolute last thing one wants to go through when in desperate need of filling their prescriptions.

was just in this location and was absolutely sickened by the way what appeared to be a cooperate was belittling the employees in front of customers. two ladies (blue jacket) you should be ashamed of yourself as well as the person who trained or hired you.telling employees to not even bother trying to think just function...maybe walgreens should do something to protect the employees from the rabid crime going through this location! ill be moving to the pharmacy at King Soopers . Do better Walgreens and get rid of these nasty ladies.

My mother (who is 80 years old) has had her prescriptions filled with walgreens for years and years. She has been using this one since 2019. I finally had to have all her prescriptions (and she has alot of them) switched over to Goodday.. The lack of caring, and the rudeness we have dealt with from this Pharmacy is unreal. We have given them chance after chance. They have left her without her pain meds for days and the solution was always you can take her to the hospital. She has gone days without her heart medication even when I would to verify they had it in stock. I get shortages but the attitude was unreal.
