My gosh! How bad should a person feel for trying to pick up a prescription these days??? I'll admit that perhaps I may not be "up to speed" on pharmacy protocol especially when an RX is sent in directly from a doctor. HOWEVER, to be told "we received the RX but we are out of it" and then snapped at to "figure it out yourself" after asking if we could see if another has it in stock, was quite shocking. If my question "can we see if another store has it" was that far out of line, then I'm whole heartedly sorry. Thing is, it really isn't out of line at all. The miserable girl In the long sweater, glasses and low pony tail (assuming not a tech or pharmacist by her unprofessional attire) has a problem with being kind on any level. Sincerely hope she finds a more suitable job, one void of basic human compassion. This was unacceptable. Would never consider Walgreens Pharmacy after this interaction.

Worst pharmacy I have been too. I was told my insurance doesn't cover generic brands. I have been going here for over a year and my insurance has always covered generic. While trying to explain this over the phone to the tech, she accused me of talking under my breath, in reality I was talking to her and she hung on me.

Worst pharmacy in Loveland. Most times things are not in stock. The staff is not educated and they don't care to know either. They have given me mad information multiple times. The drive thru is closed. They wont answer the phone either. If you roll the dice and go here....good luck

My husband and I have been using this location for five years and watched the service steadily decline. I'm sure COVID had a major impact on this. The pharmacists have always been great but the supporting pharmacy staff is hit or miss. Some are very kind and helpful and some are surprisingly rude. Their pharmacy refill automated system is extremely buggy sending notifications that refills are ready or denied when they are not. Lately the drive thru and the store itself have randomly closed despite posted hours saying they should be open. I would suggest going elsewhere.

My favorite Walgreens in town. Every face I've had service for me here has been amazing. The staff actually cares here. I once needed to pick up a prescription two weeks early because I was going to already be out of town the same time med runs out. They got it in so quick within a day. I was surprised and did not expect that. No problem picking up my prescriptions ever. However, I switched to another pharmacy last night for an emergency for my son. The service at another location was awful. This one is sadly currently on strike for the time being, otherwise I would've picked up my son's med here. Wish the reasons they are on strike for will get resolved with management.

My spouse and I were supposed to get our updated COVID and flu shots at this Walgreens on Saturday. I'd scheduled them last week and I was happy because the website said they had Pfizer in stock and that was our preferred brand. I got up earlier than I normally do on Saturdays (I'm a day sleeper) and started getting ready to leave. I'm needle phobic and I slept poorly due to anxiety over the appointment. 45 minutes before our appointment, I received an email (not a text or phone call, but an EMAIL) saying our appointment was cancelled, no reason given. My spouse called because I was in tears and freaking out because I'm immunocompromised and it's been difficult to find anywhere in town with the COVID vaccine in stock and I really, really need it. Turns out, they "don't have the staff" for our appointment but they really hoped we'd reschedule; the soonest they could get us in was Monday. We picked Saturday 'cause it works the best with our schedule. We ended up going somewhere else on Sunday 'cause that was the soonest we could get in anywhere and it led to my spouse missing a crucial appointment yesterday (Monday) due to feeling too miserable to make it. I definitely won't be considering this Walgreens for vaccines ever again.

There so many issues with this store I don’t know where to begin.

This pharmacy has been overwhelmed for far too long. I am so tired of the “we’re having staffing issues” excuse from local service providers like this Walgreens. Perhaps if corporate Walgreens had (1) a long history of paying ALL their employees livable wages and not cutting the quality of benefits, and (2) had not recently replaced human workers with a very flawed centralized and automated medicine dispensaries to line the pockets of executives and shareholders, more people would want to work for them. On the flip side, if more people had a history of initiative and improving themselves with formal education, they would take pride in their work that they worked hard to prepare for, they would be more valued by the corporate world.

Forty people in line. Almost an hour in line. One tech and drive through closed. Doctors office says they sent prescription, got a text fr Walgreens saying it’s here. It’s not. And now have to go to ER to get meds because of being jerked around here.

Yes, the staff care and yes, their service and systems are inefficient. Staff does the best with what they have. Management in the pharmacy and those controlling them from elsewhere have no regard for their customers. Every order and refill with them is an issue and I don't get out of there in under 30 minutes, if I'm lucky. I feel sorry for the technicians and pharmacists who work there but, by golly, they need to speak truth to power. The corporation has outsourced their operations off shore as have other pharmacies (like King Soopers). For Walgreens though where the pharmacy used to be the priority of their stores, it's a shock to see them relegate such a professional service to near robot status. I'm stuck there for time being but have found a possible alternative that I can make during my open season later this year.

Had a 4:45 appt for a covid/flu shot. Waited in line for nearly 30min to be told they didn't have the covid shot. They didn't bother to inform people, so we were all waiting in line to be turned away. I made the mistake of saying I'd get the flu shot. They had me wait to give me the paperwork I already filled out. 30min later, still no paperwork. An hour after my appointment I was still waiting around. I left without getting either shot. Walgreens is a farce. I'll wait until literally anyone else has the shots available.

No wonder Walgreens stores are closing!! Walk in after a prescription was ordered over an hour prior, no one in line and no one is waiting! For a low level anti inflammatory medication they tell me to come back in 1.5 hours. At the exact time they close for lunch! Time to move on to another provider!!!

Floyd is an absolute mess. Went to purchase Pokémon cards and was met with rudeness and attitude like I’ve never seen. We’re buying collectible trading cards and he’s telling me to hurry up and checking his watch like I’m a jerk. Will be reporting to corporate.

Automated prescription refill process is very flawed. They have broken my prescription into multiple partial refills instead of providing one refill in it's entirety. The refill process was same day this time last year. Now it's multiple days AND they won't start the process until the number of days between refills matches pills dispensed. This forces me to miss days between refills every single month. They blame insurance, but they are the insurance? On a positive note, the people working within the store are very nice and helpful when they are able.
