Horrible customer service. Employees act like checking you out is an inconvenience. We were visiting from Montana and needed a few items. No one on the floor to help with question.

It's usually over priced and I ordered pictures some were cut off bad having lots of white and I got a photo of someone else's baby.

Worst service in pharmacy, rude pharmacy techs at the drive up window and they don’t check who you are at all anymore with your address so you could get the wrong rx or get someone else’s! They also don’t know how to order meds, they run out of my dogs meds every month and they only had enough to half fill it last week and then she said it would be done the next day or Monday very curtly when I asked nicely. It’s now Monday and the automated system says it won’t be done until Wednesday and I had to call and check! I will be out of the medication by then so if there are any issues with them getting it, I won’t be able get the refill on time since he takes it by 8am and he cannot miss a dose. I am switching pharmacies immediately and will NEVER use them again. Have fun with your dumpster fire of a store too, with the ceiling leaking and all the products a mess and a pharmacy that is filled with unhappy people and woefully understaffed.

Went in to get only half my dogs rx because once again they never have it even though I order every month. I pull up and the woman says something lightning fast after I was sitting at the window for 5 minutes, I was checking emails and glancing over to the window but I didn't understand her gibberish when she finally did get to me. I thought she said are you picking up so I said yes for my dog and she gave me a dirty look like how dare you answer me incorrectly and then continued to be curt and rude to me throughout the entire interaction. I wish I would've gotten her name and reported her to the manager but this location is a dumpster fire anyway and I see them closing. They close all the time unexpectedly for no staffing, their store is always a gross mess with leaking from the ceiling. Not to mention I asked when the other half of my rx would be ready and she stated tomorrow or Monday which was 4 days later. I called the automated messenger and it says it won't be ready for another 2 days and that puts me at the end of the pills, my dog cannot miss a dose as it takes over a month to get levels in the blood. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will be switching pharmacies immediately and telling everyone to avoid this pharmacy like the plague!

If you call for the pharmacy you’re transferred to a call center. It takes 10 minutes average before you can get someone on the phone at the actual pharmacy. Someone in the call center answers then walks away from the phone so I’m listening to the background of a call center

My Vet called in a prescription to the pharmacy yesterday morning. Last night I called and it was still not ready. I was told it would be ready by 10:00 am. At noon I called again and they said it would be ready by 3:00 pm! I told them to forget it and cancelled the order. I went to another pharmacy and got it filled within an hour! The Pharmacist told me they didn't have all the information they needed - really?! Because no one asked me further questions each time I called to check on the status.

Went to check out, where what I thought was a Manager, was down talking the Cashier Scott, I. front of the whole line. there is a difference between coaching and down right degrading someone and that is what he was doing. I believe his name was Zack. Than he walks over to another employee and starts screaming at him, "what the hell he was thinking, stop scanning and clean up that mess." The mess he was referring to was drywall every where from the rain.Which in my opinion is a mangers job to do. The Cashier seemed shooken upUnacceptable, I asked for managers name and he said he wasn't even a manager. This guy needs to be let go. this is a horrible representation of Walgreens, a family store.

Honestly I'm not sure what I've done to the girl cashier but she gives me such off putting and un settling vibes... she never says a word to me then gives me extremely nasty looks. Do better

I'm done with Walgreens after a lifetime of faithful patronage this location just straight up irritated me one too many times. Between the rude staff and incompetent techs I'm just done getting anxiety every time my daughter's medication gets low and I need to try to fill it....

first ,pharmacy employees are rude, abrupt, and most of them look like rainbow bright punk rockers going through a major identity crisis- so very unprofessional in every way. store never has enough cashiers. high employee turn over rate, most employees, besides the nice elderly man who works the cashier most of the time- are very rude and not helpful at all

Zachary one of the worst workers at Walgreens gave me attitude with my photos and so I got upset and told him I would not be coming to this store again and he said GOOD! Then after getting the manager he called me a D**kHead right there in front of his manager. Corp will be getting contacted this week ??

Shannon at the pharmacy is very nice and always busy. People get frustrated but she always trys to please.
