This is a walmart. Not a big supporter of Walmart in general. I was in the area today and needed to get some meat and cottage cheese for my dogs so i stopped in while i was waiting. They had large selctions of produce, frozen and processed foods. The store was clean. There was plenty of parking. The staff that I encountered were friendly. I only was in the grocery department so can not speak to the rest of the store. If i was in the area and did not have other options i would come back again.

I'm not surprised by some of the reviews here. The shame is that there are no responses by management on how they will make it better. It's there website and not a 3rd party per se. The pharmacy tried to do a good job. The issue sometimes is the fact you see half a dozen of people in line and a person will take a break cause they are due a break. I work 12 hr days without a break when the phones are lit up or people asking for Info. This doesn't happen every day so sacrifice cause I've waited over an hour to pick up meds.

Worst Service-- I have tried to call about 7 times today and NOBODY EVER ANSWERS! I tried calling Customer Service, Photo Dept, electronics and it just rings and rings.

The people that work here are horrible. I ordered Christmas photo cards on 11/30 and they were supposed to be ready 12/9. 12/9 came and went and no photos, I waited 6 days and still no photos after going to the store because my Walmart account said they were there and ready, no photos to be found. The people were so rude about it and basically said they were "lost" absolutely no regard and horrible customer service

The worst customer service ever in the photo department. Every team lead and manager should be fired. I sept 2 hours waiting while they were "looking" for my order, mean while the Team lead says there is nothing she can do and I need to talk to Walmart.com. My wife was on them phone with them and they were showing someone signed for them a the store I finally got the store manager involved. He somehow found them in the photo dept... shocker. So basically it comes down to crappy customer service and employee who A. Dont know how to do their job proficiently or B. Just don't care because they know they will get a pay check. Good job to the store manager. After all this pain, I still ended up paying for the pictures after all my wasted time and efforts. They couldn't even discount or comp them. Walmart has gone down the tubes I'll shop at Target from now on their customer service is way better! You lose Walmart.

Worst walmart experience yet and that's saying a lot. After 3 hours of waiting for sales associate to complete shotgun purchase we were told we would have to come back another day because when they received the firearm they checked it into the system with an incorrect serial number and now could not sell it. Drove an hour to that store to purchase it. Last time I try to purchase a gun from walmart.

On my way home from work. Took in Primo 5 gallon water bottles to exchange. I put 3 bottles full of water in the basket . Put the bottles in , it did not spit out the tickets. Went to get a teller for assistance. Was approached by security and accused of trying to steal the water. Became very upset,told them to look at the video footage. They did so. Found that they were wrong. Security/ employees came out to apologize, try to make it right. Informed them Walmart has lost our business permanently. Will not be back.

Racist receipt checker. Receipt checker watches us make purchase in the self-check out. Doesn't check anyone else's, until he sees my friend who is black. Checks his receipt only.

1 star is only because it's the lowest I can give. My wife dropped off our van for 2 new tires. I suspect because she was a woman they insisted that she needed 4 new tires because it was an all wheel drive. I had to call them and explain forcefully that it is not an all wheel drive vehicle and the fairly new back tires still had tread and warranty. They definitely have qualms about taking advantage of customers when possible. I would discourage anyone from ever using them.

Dont go to this Walmart I was riding around on the electric shopping carts because I was hit by a car and my leg hurt. I was forced to put it back and walk around only to get kicked out because my friend with diabetics was eating rice to get his blood sugar up. This is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. :(

Went here for a specific vacuum, the only one we were coming to buy (dyson) said ask for assistance... asked for assistance.. no one ever came. We had to go FIND someone. He said yes they are in the back... 10 minutes later he says they actually don't have any, when we asked where we can buy one since we had a gift card he had to go find someone to ask and disappeared for another ten minutes. Then came back and said the ONLY Walmart in our area who had dyson vacuums in stock was 30 minutes away on mulberry in Fort Collins. THIS is why I hate walmarts. Their employees don't know anything and this is the second time I've gone for something specific and they send me on a goose chase to find them. Don't display items you can't sell. Not to mention 2 older lady employees which one made it clear she was off the clock and didn't want to help. The other came up and moved my cart out of her way and sarcastically said "thanks" when she could have just gone around me! I would give no stars if I could.

I was getting an oil change and as I was talking to the guy at the counter he answered the phone and was completely disrespectful to the person on the other end. Can tell the employees are unhappy with the job, and the customer service was not friendly. I will not be back.

We used the auto center. We had a slow leak due to a nail. The leak was plugged within 1 hour. The next day the same tire was flat. We took the tire back to the same Walmart auto center. They informed us that the plug was not done properly and it could not be repaired. They said the tire would need to be replaced. We then took the tire to discount tire. They also told us that the plug was done incorrectly and could not be repaired. We we had to purchase a new tire even though this tire was only 6 months old. Walmart would not give a refund for the incorrect placed plug or a discount for a new tire.

Rude customer service!!! The worst. When you ask questions they bark at you. They make you feel d*** and seem bothered by helping. Not to mention I've seen some employees in hoodies and yoga pants or worse pajama pants. Really Walmart?!?
