Tell costumers it will be 10 days before getting gas even when they have the money to put the gas in when you have told the in a cold snap you was out and the pipes froze and broke

I had an emergency at my personal residence and agfinity went above and beyond to resolve my problem. Thank you.

I've been with Agfinity since they acquired Peak to Peak Propane, probably at least 18 years, never an issue with propane delivery, they hold up their end of contract and keep my tank full, great service there, but their billing/accounts receivable is one of the most convoluted systems I've ever experienced. They had a website, iView, that was easy to navigate and keep track, that went away, no reason given.
I get bills for propane that has already been paid within a 30 day period, I get notices that I have a credit, I have no idea how it happens, it takes one of more phone calls to get it sorted out.
The folks on the phone are nice and help figure my account out, but geez!
Agfinity! Please get an online account access site, please!!!!

It's good to know that there are other options beyond Agfinity for propane purchase and delivery in Northern Colorado.

We are a prepaid Agfinity Propane customer in northern Colorado. We requested a residential propane refill three weeks ago, and now we are out. The temperature this morning is below zero, and we have no heat. They tell us that since we are a cash customer, we are at the bottom of their delivery list. I placed an emergency call this morning. It took an hour and a half for them to return the call, and their best estimate for a refill was later this week or maybe next week. Their agent kept trying to convert me to a credit account so they could help us, even though we currently have a balance of $750 with them. They are consistently and unapologetically indifferent. Agfinity Propane is penalizing and discriminating against their prepaid cash customers.

February 2023 by William J,
We have been with this company continuously since 1985. After nearly 40 years, we have NEVER defaulted and always paid on time. We were always on routed service, then, without warning they switched us to "will call". We barely caught it just before we ran out in the middle of winter. They said, yes, you should be routed, we have you back on routed service. This has happened back and forth at least 3 times over the last few years, which I have put up with because their drivers are great. We have had our credit card on file with them for years, now we are being told that we must fill out a credit application for a line of credit with THEM in order to remain on routed service. I said, I don't need a line of credit with you, that's why I have a credit card. We have A++ credit and it didn't get that way by me opening un-necessary LOC. I was told it is because they have assets on our property (the two propane tanks we rent from them) I offered to buy the tanks, they won't sell them. We don't sell our assets, they said. (meanwhile, other gas companies do) NONE OF THIS MAKES ANY SENSE!!!So if I stay on "will call" service and refuse their line of credit (which I don't need) in order to be routed, their "assets" are STILL on my property! What good does that do? Something is wormy here!We ourselves are business owners of more than 25 years and if we had a customer with our track record, they would be valued and treated as such. Sad to say after nearly 40 years I am looking for service elsewhere.

We have used Agfinity for a few years now to fill our propane tank for our house. Our contract states Agfinity will monitor our propane level and fill up before the tank is empty. Our tank ran out of propane a month ago, which is not the first time this has happened, so we decided to go with another provider. Today, one of Agfinity’s trucks came by to fill up our tank, a month late! It’s not even a few days late, but a month. After a few years of service, I would have thought their system would be better. Too expensive to not even be taken care of. If you need propane, go with Hill Petroleum!

I had a complex situation with my tank setup and I am very grateful for how the service tech resolved it. Devon , really went out of his way to ensure the tank was level and the gas line was run as clean as possible. He was very straightforward and clearly articulated the what and why's of the job. Employees like him make Agfinity a reliable 5 star company.

They were very hard to reach, if took 2 days to reach anyone or get a call back. Then the staff was really rude. I was told I'd be scheduled within the month and I heard nothing. This is not the small town service you'd look for.
I followed up 2 months later and I learned even if you're a cash customer you have to apply for credit; pulling credit and everything. No, I don't want to run credit for cash. I'll stick with Blue Flame.

Got in the budget billing plan but they forgot to actually add me so my propane ran out. Then I somehow ended up with an $800 bill. Poor customer service, no way to pay online, confusing billing.
