If I could give a -5 Stars I would. The service, responsiveness and treatment I received was beyond horrific and I am usually a very understanding and forgiving person. DO NOT use this bank for business. The rates are terrible. The Branch Manager does little and customer service from him is non-existant. The Bank allowed a clearly fake check to be cashed for a very large sum and did not replace the funds for over a month! How can anyone function like this? I was ignored, given wrong information. I lost sleep, could not pay my staff. I cannot believe how it was handled. Frontline staff are exceptional. Corporate: no help. Just say NO to Bank of the West. Bank nearby in Longmont not helpful either. There are many other banks better than this one. I was thrilled with my new choice: a night and day difference. Never again. Get a new Branch Manager who left me hanging and all my employees with no way to pay them for a month. I lost valuable staff and contracts. No one deserves that.

Incompetent, lazy staff, who is the antithesis of customer service. Bank of the West should just close this branch. Continually told they do not have time to help me. Never ending errors by tellers who do not know what they are doing. Tellers always having to leave counter to ask a manger how to handle a transaction; but the manager, of course, is too busy with some other pressing matter. The constant staff turn over says it all, none of the employees stay long enough to gain any competence.

Not sure which is worse - the fact that the staff is incompetent or the fact the staff is rude. Called to get a will notarized, made an appointment, confirmed that they notarize wills, drove all the way into the branch. Nope. Don't notarize wills. Don't care. Rude and impersonal. Now that they are the only bank in town, they can treat customers poorly and get away with it. Avoid if you can.

I love this BofW branch. They all remember my name when I go in and do everything in their power to help me. Fast and professional service. This is my favorite branch to use for my banking needs.

I don't know what the guy that gave a one star review is talking about. this branch is all about what Lyons is about. The tellers remember my name though I do 98% of my banking online. I don't pay any fees at all. I have used this bank for over 10 years and it is a wonderful experience every time I go there.

Great experience with Jose, kind and had a great sense of urgency for my financial needs. Bank as a company isn't great but the service was very nice.

this branch keeps getting worse. New management is impersonal and is focused on making money for the bank, not the best interest of customers. FEES!!! go elsewhere. Better service and save money.
