This was a GREAT and reasonably priced place for me and my wife to go on a date. We'd get ~$20 worth of quarters and keep ourselves preoccupied for an hour after a picnic or before dinner. Loved the owner and her dog, Bear. But recently, they've changed the pricing system. You can't just pay to play anymore. It's basically an entrence fee, and it kinda doubled what we'd usually spend being there. The place is great, but the new pricing has edged us out.

I was really disappointed in the wristband system. We only had 45 minutes to play, but it was $80 for 4 of us. We did not come close to getting our moneys worth. Free play on machines made them less fun to play. Last year I would give them 5 stars.

Amazing. If you're a pinball aficionado go here. Just go.
8/23/2025 update: was here the evening of 8/233. Employee on-duty (Oliver) was awesome - got us squared away immediately, gave us a tour of the place and addressed an issue we had with a machine promptly.
The collection of tables is fantastic. Old school classics like 'Playboy' and 'Monaco Gran Prix', favorites like 'Black Knight', 'Medieval Madness', 'Attack from Mars', the rare oddity, Hercules and newer games as well.
They are all in immaculate condition and played so well. Whoever curates & maintains this collection is doing a splendid job.

Stopped in here with 8 year old daughter and her 2 young cousins visiting from Madrid. Asked if the girls could play a pinball game as the girls had never seen one. DeeDee(?) the attendant informed us that we would need to pay $20 for an all use bracelet which we declined as we were walking to Rockygrass. I asked if I could pay for one game for each of the girls and DeeDee informed me I could at the cost of $1 or $2 each depending on the game....but with a really weird attitude. I gave her a $10 bill. When she came back I asked for the change and incredibly she informed there would be no change because the girls had touched another machine (not played it) and we had to pay for those machines they had touched. DeeDee hovered over us the during the time we tried to play not being helpful...just shouting about how much more we would owe and how delicate the machines are. Ha....DO NOT COME HERE WITH KIDS AND DO NOT COME HERE HOPING TO PLAY A COUPLE GAMES. What a lame experience for something that could have been really cool! Send me back my $6 that you stole....in fact, keep it....I wouldn't set foot in your shop nor recommend it to another person if it were the last pinball shop on earth. ;)

We went back to enjoy the nostalgia. Unfortunately they had switched to a wrist band system with no mention on the website and our quarters were useless. Something just isn’t the same without the quarters, the thrill is lost. Sadly we left disappointed.

Excellent pinball arcade with many good games. Every game I played was in perfect condition and played well. -1 star because it's not the best of the best for number and variety of games (it's still very good) and -1 star for the game list on the website not being up to date. Visited for White Water and Indiana Jones and neither were there.
EDIT: Upgraded back to 5 stars. Some games are indeed hard to find, but if you ask nicely you can play them.

You know those places you randomly stumble upon, and it just feels like the universe gave you a little treat? Dee(Dee?) and the Lyons Classic Pinball operations are that good!
We hit a little traffic and decided to park and have lunch in Lyons, which turned into spending all our singles on pinball. So worth it! If you're passing through or staying in Lyons, definitely stop in!

I was in Denver with some friends who all love pinball, and I had never played any real life tables before (only virtual), so I was a complete and total first timer.
This place made me wanna play pinball every day of my life for the rest of time! There's so many good tables, old and new, all of which are affordable. I was there for about 3 hours and only spent $20! The venue is a really wholesome house that's just been filled with pinball tables. The older lady working there is also really sweet, if you like Frontier she is the one to talk to.
There is also a very sweet dog that roams around the place that will hang out with ya if you give him attention. Please pet him, he is such a good boy!
