I highly recommend Cardinal Events!! My husband and I planned a small but very remote wedding on State Park and BLM land in southern Utah. We contacted many event companies that were not up to the challenge. Thankfully Cardinal Events was!Communication was quick and easy. Kathy was incredible, she even coordinated with the State Park rangers to make sure we had the correct permits. The staff that came to set up and break down were professional and efficient. We had the most beautiful and fun wedding, it couldn't have happened without Cardinal Events!

Kathy was easy to work with and very communicative. We did order tables and chairs, only downside was we had to clean them the morning of due to red dirt being on them but overall, it was a great experienced. (Reference: we ordered brown chairs and 8-people white round tables)

Cardinal Events made our wedding look fantastic! Everything we rented from them was great quality and their setup and cleanup services were timely and professional. Even when we had to change venue plans the day before due to unforeseen weather, the team at Cardinal Events pivoted quickly and was able to work with our wedding planner to create our dream reception in a different space. Would highly recommend!

Working with Teri and Kathy was very easy. All of the arrangements they made were beautiful. They selected many flowers I had never seen before to complement the flowers I requested. I loved the feeling everything had and how the flowers brought the setting together. They supplied all the linens for my tables as well. They were very accommodating during COVID as well.

I can’t say enough good things about Cardinal Events!!! They absolutely transformed my not-so-appealing venue into an absolute FAIRYTALE. My family, friends, husband and I were all blown away at how perfect everything looked. I can’t recommend them enough. Kathy was so easy to work with, had great ideas, and truly made my day special. Love them!!!

Event Productions - Kathy-You really were a life saver in a time of need. Your commitment to quality of your products, staff who deliver and pick up were amazing. The gentlemen who dropped off even earlier than expected was tremendous and when the items were picked up the gentlemen called letting me know they were going to be a little late due to an issue. You do not find this hardly any more. It is all about caring about you customer and your company has exceeded this expectation.I also know that for my daughter's wedding in September, I will have no worries what so ever as time gets even closer. I am so thankful for Kathy and Event Productions! They made my wedding quite beautiful and were so easy to work with!! Kathy took the time to really understand the look I wanted to achieve and more than delivered! She even did pipe and drape behind my sweetheart table the day of the wedding. It wasn't planned, but after seeing everything set up she knew I wouldn't be happy with the bare backdrop behind our table, so she stepped in and took care of it. It looked beautiful! She has such a great eye. She communicated with me on the day of the event and it was never stressful. Event Productions is the place to go if you are looking for that WOW factor! They are prompt, reasonably priced, and value their brides. I will definitely be using them again for any special event!

Kathy helped us create the wedding of our dreams!! She spent so much time with us, helping with ideas and making it all come together just how we wanted. No one else in town treated us as great as she did! I would recommend Event Productions over and over!! They are the very best!!!!

Event Productions did an absolutely AMAZING job decorating the tents for my wedding! They are fairly priced and have quality products.Kathy and her team (of two) showed up to my house late and short handed. My husband, and all of the men around my house (7 others) who should have been doing other things to get ready, had to stop and go help them set up all of the tents. We either had to help or they were going to leave and come back the next morning at 6 am. We needed it done before my rehearsal dinner that night and so we could set up the band equipment; we had no choice.They got done decorating after everyone showed up for rehearsal dinner. Before they left, Kathy pulled me aside and had me sign a contract, that I didn't have time to read as I had 30 people at my house ready to roll. READ THIS CONTRACT.Right after they left and my dinner started, the decorations started falling down. I had to have the best man (6'9" tall man) redecorate it and secure it all correctly.Again, it was a beautiful wedding. Gorgeous, absolutely gorgeous.The next morning they showed up at my house earlier than I was told they would be there and before I was even awake. (We were supposed to have the tables and chairs stacked and ready to go. Well, it snowed and rained during the reception and all night so we opted to wait until morning.) I run out to them and Kathy tells me that they will have to come back later and charge me delivery and set up again ($200). It was down pouring at this point, and she, again, came back short handed. I said that wasn't necessary and went and got everyone out of bed to help. The two gentlemen that were with her helped me take tablecloths off, fold chairs and tables. It only took, maybe, 20 minutes. They stacked all the tables and chairs out by their car and U Haul trailer, their truck broke down the previous day. So there it all sat, out in the rain/snow storm in my hay field (muddy and slick). Six hours later, they were out of there.Two weeks go by and I get a voicemail on my phone saying I owe them money (for a cleaning fee that I signed a contract for during my rehearsal dinner) because the chairs were dirty and a couple of the tablecloths had stains. I can deal with the tablecloths ($20 a piece to replace) because that just happens, but the cleaning fee for the chairs sitting out in the rain (not my doing!) I don't think so.So, after the $4,000 I had already paid for the rentals, we had to help set up and redecorate, then they tried to get more from us way after the event. Not too business savvy but they sure can design! I won't be using them again, nor would I recommend them. I gave them 3 stars because the team is talented, that is all.
