Went in to ship a parcel first class with tracking. I was told that couldn’t be done, I said fruita does it all the time. I was then told “then you will have to go to fruita.” I couldn’t believe the lack of training. Also I had been waiting five minutes or so while she had a conversation with one of the other employees about a wedding or something like that. Very unprofessional Sonya!
