I'll give the place a genuine review. I've had gym memberships all over, and there's good and bad about this place. There's no staff on site, which is fine, but instead they hang up papers everywhere, threatening to deactivate your card if you have dirty shoes or mess with the air. It gets annoying to be honest.Brings me to my second point, where are the fans? The circulation sucks and they need more fans. There's one giant fan in the back room, and then only one little fan for the rest of the building. Take some of that money you're saving by not having staff and buy some fans! Also, this is the first gym I've seen with no scales. The "kids area" is just a cage with a couch in it.The selection of equipment is not the best, but adequate. There's space being used by machines that no one uses, and there's a noticable lack of free weight equipment like squat racks and incline bench equipment. The available rack has a bunch of CrossFit stuff hanging all over it, making it unusable for it's intended purpose. There's no good place to do weights from the floor, such as deadlifts. There's some room in the back but there's no floor mats and you'll destroy the wooden floor if you do.The good things are that it's rarely packed, which is good because the space is limited, but it's due to the fact that it's in a one traffic light town.

Everything you want in a big gym with less space less people great atmosphere. If I ever have to work in the area again I'd go here over any gym in Cortez. Place beats Mountain Range Fitness in equipment by far. Thank you guys for the experience.

Easy access 24/7 and management that does the necessary adult babysitting when members can't seem to read. Clean, bright, and in Mancos!

I worked out at the Mancos location and was surprised how deep the building is. I was visiting my folks and didn't want to skip any workouts. I was able to purchase a 7 day pass for $20. The gym wasn't crowded, which was nice and everything was very clean. I was able to do the workouts (sqaut, bench, deadlift, shoulder press, plus accessory work) I wanted no problem. I will definitely be working out here in the future.

Considering the size of the building, Momentum packs a lot of great equipment into a small space. There's a large selection of free weights along with several essential machines. All in all, a great place to build an excellent physique!
