Stopped to buy for gas and to use the bathroom. Went to use the bathroom and the trash can was broken and towels did not work. The bathroom was horribly dirty. When my kids and I left the door was locked behind us to leave the facility. We had to find someone to let us out. The lady told us “this a private facility and we were not welcome here”. The Sinclair regional management needs to educate this facility on costumer service. We spent the next 10 days on vacation avoiding Sinclair for gas and food. Since this facility is located near a tourist attraction this type of treatment of costumers will significant decrease future revenue and definitely decrease repeat costumers to any Sinclair facility.

We visited in mid October. The park was almost deserted. Tours stop in September. We were not interested in the tours so the visits were perfect for us. No place was crowded. At some of the overlooks we were the only ones there or perhaps one or two other cars. The rangers and volunteers are very knowledgeable.

I’ve been to a lot of national parks and I have to admit that this one was kind a lame. I had to drive back 20 miles just to see the sights and when I got back there they weren’t all that spectacular. Good thing I have a national Park pass otherwise I would’ve had to pay $15 to get in and then I would’ve been really upset

My husband and I had a great experience there a couple of weeks ago. We had investigated online what to expect, so knew we needed to get our tickets for the cliff house tours in advance, and that you must get them in person at the Visitors Center. We felt $5 was extremely inexpensive for each tour. We arrived in the afternoon to buy and were able to get tickets for the following day for Cliff House and The Balcony House, and two days in advance for the Long House. One mus

We drove from Tennessee to visit all the national parks out this way. Found this one on the map and decided to drive out of the way to see it. So disappointed! You have to pay $5/person per site to actually get to them to walk through. You have to climb ladders and crawl through holes on 1. The ones they post the pictures of on the website are the ones they charge for. They only do so many tours a day and you have to book ahead of time. The spruce tree house was 1 of the ones
