Transfer Campground is a clean and friendly place, especially suitable for those who enjoy nature and animals. The restrooms are very clean and well-maintained, with staff cleaning them twice daily. Many visitors bring their dogs, making it a dog-friendly spot with plenty of space for pets. The campground offers large picnic areas and well-sized, easy-to-access sites, some of which can accommodate large campers. It is located near trails, with opportunities for hiking, 4-wheeling, and horse riding, and is close to Jackson Reservoir for paddle boarding and fishing. The camp host is highly praised for being helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive to guests’ needs. Nestled in an Aspen grove at nearly 9,000 feet elevation, the site provides good shade and sun, with cooler temperatures. Fairly nice campground, especially if you like cows. Near some trails. Good shade and sun. Pit toilet was kept very clean. The host was friendly. He did run his generator a lot, but I'm thinking it was because he had to update reservations

A lightly used camp with good trails in beautiful country.
