I absolutely love this place and the staff. When I was briefly homeless this place helped me feel human by allowing me to use the restroom without hassling me or making feel like a bum. It seems like such a stupid little thing, but for me it was everything. Thank you so much. I will be forever grateful to you.

I called this store on 03/03/25 at 15:26 to ask how much a propane canister exchange is, and the woman told me that she can't give out prices over the phone due to company policy. Well, this company will not be getting my business in the future.

Great price at the time for gas. A bit difficult to navigate in and out due to the cannabis store next store, but, all in all, worth it, to save a few dollars.

Beware of trying to get your change back! Lisa might try calling the cops on you! I find out Lisa's the manager. Don't worry Lisa. I will get my $2.93 back and call corporate. I have the receipt. Basic math is pretty easy to do, especially when you have the receipt.

Last 4 times I've been here the gas pumps don't accept debit cards and you have to go inside. Have tried pumps 1,2,4 and 5. Other gas stations the card works. Unfortunately this is the closest to home, so I keep trying. Hope they fix the issue sooner rather than later.

We stopped there on 08/07/24
Rude service from dirty, unprofessional male manager, we stopped there for the restroom and to purchase a fountain drink.
The manager rudely made remarks that customers think they are an ATM, all because i purchased a fountain drink with a $20. Also, the whole customer service experience was horrible, the store was dirty, the restrooms were messy, and countertops had spills that wasnt cleaned up. The floor was sticky by fountain machine, and I'm definitely not coming back here or any other loaf n jug. After reading others' reviews, Loaf n jug FAILED to address peoples concerns about this store, and more likely won't do anything about this review.
