Me and my 4 kids were adventuring around Garden Of The Gods when our tire popped. We panicked and googled tire places nearby. A few popped up but this had the best reviews. Now I know why. We pulled up and immediately someone came out to help. They got us in within minutes and fixed our flat. The mechanics were genuinely friendly and the owner came out to help. They jacked the car up right on the spot and fixed our tire, saving our whole trip. Then, they didn’t charge us! We had friendly conversation while we waited. It’s rare to find service like this anywhere anymore.

They take care of you and have great prices. They are quick and dependable. My family has been going there for 20+ years and have never had any issues. Just earlier in the week my daughter had a fuel leak near the gas tank. Called down there and brought the car in and it was fixed promptly at a decent price. I live in Castle Rock and it is totally worth the drive to Manitou To get work done. They are the only place that I trust to work on my vehicles.

I have to give a huge thank you to Manitou Auto Service!! While visiting from Nebraska my husband became very ill & has been hospitized. While driving back from hospital heard loud grinding when stepped on brakes so took to Charles & discovered broken strut! Charles got me right in & fixed it the same day...wow! His wife Joan drove me to hospital while they fixed it then picked me up when done! I can't tell them enough how grateful we are for their kindness & fantastic work! called them about getting my car in for a repair and was met with a cold and indifferent attitude and an unwillingness to help. Apparently they were too backed up, which is fine and understandable but it's no reason to let customer service go right out the window. They were very rude and disrespectful. At least the lady that answered the phone was.

I don't know what we would do without Manitou Auto! Charles and Joan are awesome people, loyal to their customers, and honest as can be. They have taken excellent, knowledgable, and always appropriate care of our two vehicles for 7 years now: one "modern" crossover with all its high tech quirks and one classic Jeep with all the crazy projects I dream up. They did a major engine rebuild on the Jeep, and I am so grateful that I had someone I trust implicitly for a project like that. Their staff are always excellent, know our vehicles, and engage with me teaching about the details when I'm curious. They are busy, as they deserve to be, and I wouldn't want it any other way. Situation: On vacation, in a rental car with a flat. Strong Google reviews led me to Manitou Auto Service. I was expecting to leave the tire & use the spare tire for the day. Charles & Joan were welcoming & immediately helpful, and they had a technician help me. They fixed the tire while I waited in the lobby. I was quickly on the road again. Bonus, the 3 friendly dogs in the lobby kept me company while I waited. I would easily recommend the caring professionals at Manitou Auto Service. Good folks in my book.

Great, family owned business that delivers. They communicated well throughout the process and fixed several issues I was having with my Jeep. I was also given a list of what needs to be fixed now and what could wait for a later visit, which helped in budgeting the repairs.

Yes, they tend to get very busy, but that's because people know where to bring their vehicles for reliable, accurate service. The owner of manitou auto service *************************** is a bully and thief that will over charge you for services or do unauthorized services to vehicles and make you pay for it. Business like that need to be shut down

We were coming into town and had an issue meaning that our coolant was leaking. Considering we were traveling, this was terrible timing and would have left us completely stuck if not for how amazing Charles and his place were. They helped us very last minute, were really fair on price, clearly genuine and honest, and even gave amazing local recommendations.
